04:30 AM: Reporting at School with Packed Breakfast
In the early morning hush, as the stars begin to fade, students gather at school, their excitement palpable in the cool pre-dawn air. With packed breakfasts in hand, they eagerly anticipate the adventure that awaits.

05:00 AM: Departure from School
As the first light of day breaks, the bus departs, carrying a group of wide-eyed students eager to explore the unknown. The hum of the engine and soft chatter fill the air as they leave the familiar behind, setting off on a journey of discovery.

06:00 AM: Enjoy Breakfast on the Bus
As the bus cruises along, students enjoy their packed breakfast. The morning sun begins to rise, casting a warm glow through the windows, making this meal on-the-go a memorable part of the adventure.

06:15 AM: Orientation for the Programme
A lively orientation takes place on the bus, where the students are briefed on the day’s activities. The excitement builds as they learn about the challenges ahead, fostering a sense of anticipation and unity among them.

07:00 AM: Arrival at Uttari Betta Trek Start Point
The bus arrives at the base of Uttari Betta, where the students step out into the crisp morning air, surrounded by the breathtaking landscape. The towering hills beckon them to embark on an unforgettable trek.

07:15 AM: Enjoy Trekking at Uttari Betta
The adventure begins as students ascend the picturesque Uttari Betta Hills. Along the way, they encounter stunning vistas and hidden caves, all while learning about the local flora and fauna. This trek is not just a physical challenge; it’s an immersive experience that fosters teamwork, resilience, and a deep connection with nature.

11:00 AM: Arrival Back at the Base Point
Triumphant and a little tired, the students return to the base, their spirits high from the trek. They’ve not only conquered the hills but also grown closer as a team, having supported and encouraged each other along the way.

11:30 AM: Departure to School After Snacks & Juice
After enjoying refreshing snacks and juice, the students board the bus for the return journey. Their hearts are full of stories to share, and their minds are enriched by the day’s experiences.

01:30 PM: Arrival at School
The bus rolls back into the school grounds, and the students step off, tired but happy. They’ve returned with more than just memories—they’ve gained new skills, forged stronger friendships, and developed a deeper appreciation for the natural world.

COMPLIMENTRY RATIO FOR STUDENT: TEACHER {INCLUDING NON-TEACHING STAFF} 25:01

Things to carry: comfortable hiking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, water bottle, energy bars, backpack, breakfast, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, note book & pen , identity card, water (minimum two liters),lemon and salt or electrolyte powder/drink (electral, gatorade, glucond, etc.),high-calorie snacks (nuts and dry fruits, home-baked cake, etc.),safety pins, rubber bands and whistles (useful in emergencies.),quick-dry t-shirts are preferable to cotton tees., poncho, only during monsoons, plastic sheet to wrap electronic devices, only during monsoons.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows you to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

If you do not wish to utilize in this facility, kindly inform us via email neha@crazyholidays.in

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

BILLING WILL BE BASED ON “STUDENTS PAID/REGISTERED FOR THE PROGRAMME (MINIMUM GUARANTEE) OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”. 

RULES & REGULATIONS:

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of forest entry fees ,guided trekking charges , Snacks & juice, and Service of Our Tour Managers.
