04:30 AM: Reporting @ School with Packed Breakfast
In the quiet stillness of early morning, students gather at school, each carrying a sense of adventure alongside their packed breakfast. The cool dawn air is filled with excitement as they prepare for a day filled with exploration.

05:00 AM: Departure from School
As the bus rolls out, the first rays of the sun begin to light up the sky. The journey to Savandurga is filled with eager chatter, as students anticipate the thrilling trek ahead.

06:00 AM: Enjoy Breakfast in the Bus
Onboard the bus, the students open their breakfast packs. As they share meals with friends, the first light of dawn bathes the landscape outside, setting the perfect mood for the adventure that awaits.

06:15 AM: Orientation for the Programme
During the orientation, students are introduced to the day's activities. They learn about the Savandurga trek and how it will challenge them physically and mentally, all while fostering a deeper connection with nature.

07:00 AM: Arrival @ Savandurga Trek Start Point
The bus arrives at the base of Savandurga, one of Asia's largest monolith hills. The towering rock formation looms ahead, promising a trek that will be as rewarding as it is challenging.

07:15 AM: Enjoy Trekking at Savandurga
Students begin their ascent up the picturesque Savandurga Hills, a unique adventure that blends nature and education. As they climb, they work together, pushing their limits while fostering teamwork, resilience, and environmental awareness. The trek not only builds physical endurance but also instills valuable leadership skills, making it an unforgettable outdoor experience that enhances personal growth and academic enrichment.

11:00 AM: Arrival Back at the Base Point
After reaching the summit and soaking in the breathtaking views, students descend back to the base point, their spirits high and their minds filled with newfound confidence.

11:30 AM: Departure to School after Snacks & Juice
Rejuvenated with refreshing snacks and juice, the students board the bus, chatting excitedly about their achievements and the lessons learned during the trek.

01:30 PM: Arrival @ School
The bus pulls into school, marking the end of an exhilarating day. Students step off the bus with a sense of pride and accomplishment, carrying memories and lessons that will last a lifetime.

COMPLIMENTRY RATIO FOR STUDENT: TEACHER {INCLUDING NON-TEACHING STAFF} 25:01

Things to carry: comfortable hiking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, water bottle, energy bars, backpack, breakfast, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, note book & pen , identity card, water (minimum two liters),lemon and salt or electrolyte powder/drink (electral, gatorade, glucond, etc.),high-calorie snacks (nuts and dry fruits, home-baked cake, etc.),safety pins, rubber bands and whistles (useful in emergencies.),quick-dry t-shirts are preferable to cotton tees., poncho, only during monsoons, plastic sheet to wrap electronic devices, only during monsoons.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows you to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

If you do not wish to utilize in this facility, kindly inform us via email neha@crazyholidays.in

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

BILLING WILL BE BASED ON “STUDENTS PAID/REGISTERED FOR THE PROGRAMME (MINIMUM GUARANTEE) OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”. 

RULES & REGULATIONS:

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of forest entry fees ,guided trekking charges , Snacks & juice, and Service of Our Tour Managers.
