04:30 AM: Reporting @ School with Packed Breakfast
In the cool, pre-dawn hours, students gather at the school, their excitement palpable as they prepare for the day's adventure. With packed breakfasts in hand, they are eager to embark on a journey that promises both fun and learning.

05:00 AM: Departure from School
The journey begins as the bus departs, filled with chatter and anticipation. The early morning air is crisp, and the students settle in, ready to experience the wonders that lie ahead.

06:00 AM: Enjoy Breakfast in the Bus
As the bus cruises through the serene landscape, students unwrap their breakfasts, enjoying a meal that fuels them for the adventure ahead. The camaraderie builds as they share stories and laughter, setting a joyful tone for the day.

06:15 AM: Orientation for the Programme
A brief orientation follows, where the students are introduced to the day's itinerary and safety guidelines. This session sparks their curiosity, igniting their sense of adventure as they learn about the challenges and rewards that await.

07:00 AM: Arrival @ Kaiwara Betta Trek Start Point
The bus arrives at the foot of Kaiwara Betta, a majestic hill that stands as a beacon of exploration. The students disembark, greeted by the fresh mountain air, and prepare for the trek that will take them to new heights—literally and figuratively.

07:15 AM: Enjoy Trekking at Kaiwara Betta
The trek begins, and students find themselves immersed in nature's classroom. As they ascend the picturesque Kaiwara Betta Hills, the experience becomes a blend of physical challenge and mental growth. Each step teaches them about teamwork, resilience, and the importance of preserving the environment. The trek is not just a journey up a hill but a journey toward personal enrichment and leadership.

11:00 AM: Arrival Back at the Base Point
After the invigorating trek, the students return to the base, their faces glowing with a sense of accomplishment. They've conquered the hill and, in doing so, have strengthened their bonds with each other and with nature.

11:30 AM: Departure to School After Snacks & Juice
Refreshed with snacks and juice, the students board the bus once more, their hearts full of new experiences. The ride back is filled with animated discussions about the trek, the lessons learned, and the memories made.

01:30 PM: Arrival @ School
The students arrive back at school, tired yet exhilarated. They've returned from an adventure that will stay with them long after the day ends—an experience that has not only educated them but also empowered them to face future challenges with confidence and enthusiasm.

COMPLIMENTRY RATIO FOR STUDENT: TEACHER {INCLUDING NON-TEACHING STAFF} 25:01

Things to carry: comfortable hiking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, water bottle, energy bars, backpack, breakfast, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, note book & pen , identity card, water (minimum two liters),lemon and salt or electrolyte powder/drink (electral, gatorade, glucond, etc.),high-calorie snacks (nuts and dry fruits, home-baked cake, etc.),safety pins, rubber bands and whistles (useful in emergencies.),quick-dry t-shirts are preferable to cotton tees., poncho, only during monsoons, plastic sheet to wrap electronic devices, only during monsoons.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows you to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

BILLING WILL BE BASED ON “STUDENTS PAID/REGISTERED FOR THE PROGRAMME (MINIMUM GUARANTEE) OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”. 

RULES & REGULATIONS:

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.
