04:30 AM: Reporting at School
In the stillness of the early morning, students gather at the school with their packed breakfasts, the air humming with anticipation. The darkness is gently breaking as they prepare for an exciting day of adventure and exploration.

05:00 AM: Departure from School
As the school bus pulls away, the journey begins with a mix of sleepy eyes and eager hearts. The roads are quiet, but inside the bus, there's a buzz of excitement, stories being shared, and friendships deepening.

06:00 AM: Enjoy Breakfast in the Bus
The scent of homemade breakfasts fills the bus as students enjoy their meals on the move. With the scenic countryside unfolding around them, the morning meal becomes a part of the adventure, fueling their energy for the day ahead.

06:15 AM: Orientation for the Programme
A brief orientation session in the bus sets the tone for the day. The students are introduced to the significance of the trek and the values they'll embrace—teamwork, resilience, and a love for nature. The journey is now more than a physical trek; it’s a path to personal growth.

07:00 AM: Arrival at Siddarabetta Trek Start Point
The bus comes to a stop at the foot of Siddarabetta Hills, a majestic sight that immediately captures the students' imaginations. They step out, ready to embark on a trek that promises not only physical challenge but also a deep connection with the environment around them.

07:15 AM: Trekking at Siddarabetta
With every step up the picturesque Siddarabetta Hills, students find themselves immersed in an adventure that blends the thrill of discovery with lessons in resilience and teamwork. Surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking views, they learn to navigate challenges, work together, and appreciate the beauty of nature. This is more than a trek; it's an educational journey that fosters leadership, environmental stewardship, and personal growth.

11:00 AM: Arrival Back at the Base Point
Returning to the base point, tired but triumphant, the students share smiles and stories of their ascent. The sense of accomplishment is palpable, and the bonds formed during the climb are stronger than ever.

11:30 AM: Departure to School after Snacks & Juice
After refreshing with snacks and juice, the group boards the bus for the return journey. The conversations are lively, filled with reflections on the day’s experiences and the newfound confidence they've gained.

01:30 PM: Arrival at School
The bus pulls into the school grounds, marking the end of a day that will be remembered for a lifetime. Students step off with a sense of achievement, carrying not just memories but the life skills and lessons learned from their Siddarabetta adventure.

COMPLIMENTRY RATIO FOR STUDENT: TEACHER {INCLUDING NON-TEACHING STAFF} 25:01

Things to carry: comfortable hiking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, water bottle, energy bars, backpack, breakfast, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, note book & pen , identity card, water (minimum two liters),lemon and salt or electrolyte powder/drink (electral, gatorade, glucond, etc.),high-calorie snacks (nuts and dry fruits, home-baked cake, etc.),safety pins, rubber bands and whistles (useful in emergencies.),quick-dry t-shirts are preferable to cotton tees., poncho, only during monsoons, plastic sheet to wrap electronic devices, only during monsoons.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows you to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

BILLING WILL BE BASED ON “STUDENTS PAID/REGISTERED FOR THE PROGRAMME (MINIMUM GUARANTEE) OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”. 

RULES & REGULATIONS:

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.
