DAY 01: BANGALORE – CHANDIGARH

Departure to Chandigarh International Airport from Bangalore International Airport
As dawn breaks, students embark on their journey to Chandigarh, filled with excitement and anticipation. The plane lifts off, carrying them toward new adventures in the picturesque landscapes of Himachal Pradesh.

Freshen up & Proceed to Chandigarh Sightseeing - Sukhna Lake & Rose Garden
After freshening up, the students set out to explore Chandigarh's highlights. They marvel at the serene beauty of Sukhna Lake, where the calm waters reflect the surrounding hills, and then stroll through the lush, colorful expanses of the Rose Garden, enjoying the vibrant blooms and tranquil ambiance.

01:30 PM: Lunch will be provided
A delightful lunch is served en route, offering a variety of delicious options to recharge and refresh before reaching the vibrant city of Chandigarh.

04:00 PM: Snacks Break
A well-deserved snack break allows students to enjoy light refreshments and prepare for the evening’s activities.

04:30 PM: Transfer to Manali by Private Coach
The group boards a comfortable coach for the scenic drive to Manali. As they travel through winding mountain roads, the excitement builds for the enchanting experiences awaiting them.

08:00 PM: Dinner will be provided on the way
As the coach winds through the scenic route towards Manali, the students enjoy a delightful dinner served on the go. The hearty meal, accompanied by the mesmerizing mountain views, creates a cozy and memorable dining experience, fueling them for the journey ahead.

DAY 02: MANALI

07:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
The day begins with a refreshing start as students wake up to the crisp mountain air and prepare for a day of exploration.

A hearty breakfast fuels the students for a day full of thrilling adventures and sightseeing.

09:00 AM: Proceed to Rohtang Pass
Students set off for the majestic Rohtang Pass, a gateway to the stunning Lahaul and Spiti valleys. At an elevation of 13,054 feet, the pass offers breathtaking views and a taste of high-altitude beauty.

10:30 AM: Snack Break
A brief pause allows students to enjoy snacks while soaking in the panoramic mountain vistas.

11:00 AM: Rohtang Pass Visit
Students explore the awe-inspiring Rohtang Pass, taking in its snow-capped peaks and panoramic views.

01:00 PM: Lunch will be provided at nearby hotel
A delicious lunch is provided at a nearby hotel, offering students a chance to relax and recharge.

04:00 PM: Snacks will be provided
Refreshments are served as the group prepares for the afternoon’s adventures.

04:30 PM: Visit Atal Tunnel or Solang Valley
Students visit either the engineering marvel of the Atal Tunnel or the scenic Solang Valley, depending on the day’s plan.

07:30 PM: Return to Hotel
After a day of exploration, students return to the hotel to relax and unwind.

08:00 PM: Dinner will be provided
A delightful dinner awaits, followed by a relaxing evening at the hotel.

09:00 PM: Night Halt at Manali

DAY 03: MANALI

07:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
Students rise early, invigorated and ready for a day of discovery in Manali.

08:00 AM: Breakfast will be provided
A nutritious breakfast is served, setting the stage for an exciting day of local sightseeing.

09:00 AM: Proceed to Manali Local Sightseeing
Students embark on a tour of Manali’s local attractions, including the ancient Manu Temple, the serene Hidimba Temple, the rejuvenating Vashist Hot Springs, and the vibrant Tibetan Monastery.

09:30 AM: Visit

Manu Temple: Begin your cultural immersion with a visit to the Manu Temple, a revered shrine dedicated to the sage Manu, believed to be the creator of the world and the author of Manusmriti. Perched in Old Manali, this sacred site offers a glimpse into ancient spiritual traditions and panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Hidimba Temple: Next, discover the Hidimba Temple, a 16th-century marvel nestled amidst a dense deodar forest. Dedicated to the demoness Hidimba, the temple's unique architecture and serene location atop a hill create a peaceful retreat for reflection and admiration of Manali’s natural beauty.

Vashisht Hot Springs: Continue your journey to the Vashisht Hot Springs, named after the sage Vashisht. Legend has it that this sacred site, known for its therapeutic waters, was blessed by the sage who, after a tragic personal loss, was saved by the river’s refusal to harm him. 09:00 PM: Arrival in Kullu and Hotel Check-In

DAY 04: KULLU – SHIMLA

06:30 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
Students start the day early, energized for the journey to Shimla.

07:30 AM: Breakfast will be provided
A hearty breakfast is served before checking out of the hotel.

08:30 AM: Check-Out and Transfer to Shimla
The morning begins with a smooth check-out from the hotel, as students prepare for the next leg of their journey. With excitement in the air, they board the coach for a scenic drive to Shimla.

11:30 AM: Snack Break
A refreshing snack break en route provides a welcome energy boost.

01:00 PM: Lunch
Lunch is served upon arrival in Shimla, offering a chance to relax and enjoy the local cuisine.

03:00 PM: Arrival at Shimla

DAY 05: SHIMLA

Students wake up early, excited for a day of exploration in Shimla and Kufri.

07:30 AM: Breakfast will be provided
A delicious breakfast is served, fueling students for the day’s adventures.

08:30 AM: Check-Out and Transfer to Kufri
Students check out of the hotel and head to the nearby hill station of Kufri.

09:30 AM: Arrival and Visit Kufri
Kufri, known for its beautiful scenery and skiing opportunities, is explored. Students take in the stunning views and enjoy the crisp mountain air.

Students board the coach for the journey back to Chandigarh, eagerly anticipating the final leg of their trip.

DAY 06: CHANDIGARH – BANGALORE

Students rise early for their final day of travel, preparing for departure.

07:30 AM: Breakfast
A hearty breakfast provides the energy needed for the journey home.

09:30 AM: Check-Out and Transfer to Chandigarh International Airport
Students check out of the hotel and head to the airport, reflecting on the incredible experiences of the past few days.

The group boards their flight back to Bangalore, filled with memories of their adventure through the stunning landscapes of Himachal Pradesh.

Arrival at Bangalore International Airport
The plane lands back in Bangalore, bringing an end to an amazing journey filled with exploration, adventure, and camaraderie.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows you to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

The Tour Cost Includes: Local Transportation by A/c private Coach, [Manali and Shimla local sightseeing by Non A/c JEEP/SUMO] Veg Breakfast, Lunch (veg/non veg) and Dinner (veg/non veg), Morning and Evening light snacks, Guide Charges, State Taxes, Sightseeing, General Entrance Fees as per the Programme, Stay at hotels on four sharing basis (1 king size bed with 1 extra mattress), Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip.

The Tour cost does not include: Flight fare, Adventure activities, Transfer from school to airport and transfer back from the airport to the school Any Expenses of Personal Nature (like still camera or video camera, porter charges, Laundry expenses, phone calls, food/beverages not included in the package, usages of mini bar in the hotel), Sightseeing or Activities which are not mentioned in the package

SPECIAL NOTE

In the event of flight booking or train booking it is advisable not to wait more than 24 hours for booking flight or train as there is dynamic change in the pricing and no provisions are available for blocking tickets. So I request your good self to kindly forward the name list of the students and teachers travelling along with a non- refundable advance of Rs. 250/- per head for packages where train booking is applicable and Rs. 3000/- per head for packages where flight tickets to be booked.

  • A circular will be forwarded to the students
  • Kindly follow the instructions to access the detailed itinerary, Project specifications, payment details, booking procedure and to make the payments through our payment gateway
  • After making the payment, handover the invoice to the class teacher
 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

1) 25 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

2) 20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

3) 15 days to 19 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

4) 10 days to 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

5) 9 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable

*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked

POSTPONEMENT POLICY:

If due to any reason the group tour is postponed to the next/forthcoming vacation, an additional postponement charges over and above the tour cost will be applicable

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
