Beginning with an early morning departure, they arrive at a tranquil resort to enjoy a hearty buffet breakfast. The day unfolds with a trekking expedition at Mutturayana Betta, where they learn about sustainable practices in fragile ecosystems. While Group 1 engages in dynamic team-building activities focusing on leadership and communication, Group 2 indulges in resort luxuries—swimming, rain dancing, and exhilarating games. After a fulfilling buffet lunch, activities continue with talent hunts and culminate in a lively dance session with DJ David. 06:30 AM - Departure from School
As the first rays of morning light paint the sky, students gather eagerly at school, ready for a day of excitement and growth.

08:00 AM - ARRIVAL AT RESORT
As the morning sun casts its golden glow over the sprawling resort, students step into a realm of enchantment. Welcomed with warm smiles and the aroma of a delicious buffet breakfast, they begin their day in paradise.

08:15 AM - BUFFET BREAKFAST
Amidst lush greenery and serene landscapes, students gather for a delightful buffet breakfast. Each bite fuels their anticipation for the adventures that lie ahead, setting the stage for a day filled with wonder and discovery.

09:00 AM - TREKKING at MUTTURAYANA BETTA (level easy to moderate)
Embracing the call of adventure, students embark on a trekking expedition to Mutturayana Betta. Guided by knowledgeable experts, they traverse easy to moderate trails, immersed in the beauty of nature and learning about sustainable practices to preserve delicate mountain ecosystems.

11:00 AM: Send Group 1 - Team Building Activities (THEME COMPETE AND COLLABARATE)

  • ICE BREAKING ACTIVITY-Fun filled activities designed to get to know each other in the team well and assures to achieve better performance from each of the participants
  • ACTIVITY 1-A fun activity that brings the importance of DELEGATION & DIRECTION. A skill that has to be mastered by every leader
  • ACTIVITY 2-This activity brings to you the importance of COMMUNICATION AND COORDINATION and how far it goes in assuring your success
  • ACTIVITY 3-This game brings you the importance of FOCUS AND COORDINATION
  • ACTIVITY 4-This activity helps you to know how fast you could LEARN A NEW SKILL that prepares you for the next level of adventure
  • ACTIVITY 5-This team building activity can show exactly how well your team COMMUNICATES, COORDINATES, FOCUSES AND SYNERGIES to achieve a common objective

11:00 AM: Group 2
ENJOY RESORT FACILITIES LIKE SWIMMING POOL, RAIN DANCE, DISCOTHEQUE, INDOOR AND OUTDOOR GAMES ETC...

12:30 PM - Buffet Lunch
A delectable buffet lunch offers a variety of cuisines, providing a moment of relaxation and rejuvenation.

01:30 PM - Continue Remaining Activities or Talent Hunt
Students dive back into activities they haven’t yet explored or showcase their talents in a vibrant talent hunt, celebrating individuality and creativity.

02:30 PM - Dance with DJ David Cool
The day crescendos with a lively dance session led by DJ David Cool, where students unwind and groove to their favorite tunes.

03:30 PM - Evening Snacks
Light snacks replenish energy levels, ensuring everyone stays refreshed till the very end.

04:00 PM - Departure to School
With hearts full of cherished memories and newfound skills, students bid farewell to the resort, their spirits soaring from a day well-spent.

05:45 PM - Arrival at School
Returning to school, students share stories of adventure and camaraderie, eager to apply their learnings in everyday life.

This experiential trip offered students a perfect blend of adventure, learning, and fun. Trekking fostered environmental awareness and physical endurance, while team-building activities developed leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Engaging in resource-based challenges and talent showcases nurtured creativity and confidence. Recreational moments like rain dance and DJ sessions encouraged social bonding, ensuring students returned with enhanced teamwork abilities, cherished memories, and valuable life lessons for future success.

CRAZY HOLIDAYS BOOKING PROCEDURE:

STEP 1: Once you finalize the itinerary and travel dates of your choice, please contact our executive to confirm availability.

STEP 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded Along with the track my tour details.

STEP 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized will be sharing a revised final itinerary for the programmes.

STEP 4: Sharing required documents for the programme & collecting from the school tour coordinator {in school letter head}.

Things to carry:
Comfortable hiking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, water bottle, energy bars, backpack, breakfast, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, note book & pen , identity card, water (minimum two liters),lemon and salt or electrolyte powder/drink (electoral, Gatorade, glucan, etc.),high-calorie snacks (nuts and dry fruits, home-baked cake, etc.),safety pins, rubber bands and whistles (useful in emergencies.),quick-dry t-shirts are preferable to cotton tees., poncho, only during monsoons, plastic sheet to wrap electronic devices, only during monsoons.

COMPLIMENTARY RATIO FOR STUDENT: TEACHER {INCLUDING NON-TEACHING STAFF} 25:01

Kindly submit the final number of students registered details latest by 3 working days before the departure date.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of the children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

NB: In the event of not receiving any instruction to RESTRICT by email.....will be considered as an APPROVAL on behalf of the school.

RULES & REGULATIONS:
Students are advised to carry their own swimming costume (compulsory for the use of swimming Pool-Synthetic/ Nylon), Extra Pair of Clothes for Rain Dance, Badminton Rackets, Football, Bat and Other Playing Equipments Etc. 


Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

We request you to exclude Thursdays, Fridays & previous day of any Government Holidays, since resorts/ water and amusement parks will be over crowded and we will not be in a position to guarantee any exclusivity during those days. 

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49 Seater Non-AC Coach), Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers. 


THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE: The above package doesn`t include Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”...
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Extra staff will be charged @ Adult’s Rate 

TRANSPORT:
For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49 seater deluxe coach or one 35 seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of Pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate. 

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Billing will be based on “STUDENTS PAID OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”.  
BREAKAGES:
For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.
EXCLUSIVITY
The above resorts are not guaranteeing any kind of “EXCLUSIVITY” unless and until there is a minimum guarantee of 800 members for the day picnic and the exclusivity had been confirmed by the resort.
