DAY 01: BANGALORE – AHMEDABAD

Departure from Bangalore International Airport to Ahmedabad (Based on scheduled time) (Packed Breakfast will be provided on board)
As dawn breaks, the students gather at Bangalore International Airport, bubbling with excitement. They embark on their journey with a sense of anticipation as they check in for their flight to Ahmedabad, ready for the adventure that awaits. Packed Breakfast will be provided on flight.

Arrival at Ahmedabad Airport
The plane lands amidst the vibrant energy of Ahmedabad. The students step out, their eyes wide with wonder, eager to dive into the rich cultural tapestry of Gujarat.

Transfer to Gandhi Ashram by Private Coach
After arriving in Ahmedabad, students board a comfortable private coach for a scenic drive to Gandhi Ashram. The journey is filled with anticipation as they look forward to exploring the historic site where Mahatma Gandhi once lived.

Juice and Snacks En Route
During the drive, students enjoy refreshing juice and snacks, keeping their energy high as they chat excitedly about the adventure that lies ahead at Gandhi Ashram.

10:00 AM: Visit Gandhi Ashram
The students are transported to the serene Gandhi Ashram, where the legacy of Mahatma Gandhi comes alive. They explore the peaceful grounds along the Sabarmati River, reflecting on the impactful history of the Dandi March and Gandhi’s inspiring journey.

12:00 PM: Transfer to Hotel
After soaking in the historical ambiance, the students transfer to their hotel, excitedly settling in their rooms as they prepare for a delectable lunch.

Arriving at the hotel, the students are warmly welcomed and check in early, adding a touch of comfort to their exciting journey.

02:00 PM: Transfer to Indroda Dinosaur and Fossil Park
Excitement builds as the students board the private coach, eager for the next adventure. The journey to Indroda Dinosaur and Fossil Park offers a glimpse of Gujarat's landscape, as they head toward a world of prehistoric wonder.

02:40 PM: Visit and Explore Indroda Dinosaur and Fossil Park
Stepping into the park, the students are transported back in time to an era when dinosaurs roamed the Earth. They marvel at the vast collection of fossils and dinosaur eggs, exploring the only dinosaur museum in India. The park, nestled along the Sabarmati River, captivates their imagination with its rich history and the fascinating story of ancient giants that once ruled the planet.

04:10 PM: Juice & Snacks
On the way back, the students enjoy refreshing juice and snacks, re-energizing themselves as they look forward to the next experience.

04:30 PM: Akshardham Temple
At the Akshardham Temple, students are awestruck by the grand architecture and spiritual ambiance. The intricate carvings and vibrant culture offer a captivating glimpse into Hindu traditions.

06:00 PM: Back to Hotel
Returning to the hotel, students unwind and freshen up, their day filled with new memories and experiences.

07:10 PM: Dinner followed by Debriefing and Briefing for the next day
Dinner is served with a variety of flavors, followed by a debriefing session where students eagerly discuss the day’s highlights and prepare for the adventures ahead.

09:25 PM: Overnight Stay at Hotel
As the night settles in, students retreat to their rooms, their minds filled with the day's wonders and dreams of tomorrow’s explorations.

DAY 02: AHMEDABAD – STATUE OF UNITY – MUMBAI

06:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
Students rise early, energized and ready for a day full of spectacular sights. They prepare for the next leg of their journey with excitement in their eyes.

07:00 AM: Breakfast
A hearty breakfast fuels the students as they gather in the dining area, savoring the meal while discussing their upcoming visit to the Statue of Unity.

08:00 AM: Proceed to visit Statue of Unity, Kevadia (Closed on Mondays)
The group embarks on a scenic drive to Kevadia, eagerly anticipating the towering marvel that awaits them.

10:45 AM: Juice and Snacks enroute
During the journey, students enjoy refreshing juice and snacks, their anticipation building as they approach their monumental destination.

01:00 PM: Lunch at Restaurant, Kevadia
A delicious lunch at a local restaurant prepares the students for the awe-inspiring experience ahead.

02:00 PM: Visit Statue of Unity, Kevadia
At the Statue of Unity, students stand in awe before the world’s tallest statue, marveling at its grandeur and the powerful legacy of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. The projection mapping adds a magical touch to the experience.

04:30 PM: Juice and Snacks
On the way back, students relax with juice and snacks, their conversations buzzing with excitement from the day’s sights.

07:30 PM: Dinner
Dinner is served, a variety of dishes ensuring everyone’s satisfaction after a day of exploration.

09:25 PM: Departure to Mumbai By EKNR DDR SF EXP
Students board the train to Mumbai, their minds brimming with new experiences as they settle in for the overnight journey.

DAY 03: MUMBAI

05:30 AM: Arrival at Dadar Railway Station
The train arrives in Mumbai, and students disembark, their spirits high as they prepare for a day of discovering this bustling metropolis.

06:00 AM: Proceed to Hotel
As the sun begins to rise, casting a golden hue over the landscape, the students make their way to the hotel.

06:30 AM: Check-In at Hotel
Early check-in at the hotel allows students to freshen up and prepare for the day ahead, their excitement palpable.

07:30 AM: Buffet Breakfast
A buffet breakfast offers a range of options, energizing the students for a day filled with iconic landmarks and cultural treasures.

09:30 AM: Proceed to Great Gateway of India
With the anticipation building, the students set off to explore one of Mumbai's most iconic landmarks, the Great Gateway of India. The journey through the vibrant streets of Mumbai is filled with excitement, as they approach the grand monument that stands as a testament to India’s rich history.

10:30 AM: Visit Great Gateway of India
Standing before the majestic Gateway of India, the students are awestruck by its towering arch and intricate design. Overlooking the Arabian Sea, this monumental structure not only tells the tale of India’s colonial past but also offers a breathtaking view that captures the essence of Mumbai. The historical significance and architectural grandeur of the Gateway leave a lasting impression, making it a highlight of their journey.

11:30 AM: Snacks and Juice
Students enjoy snacks and juice as they continue their exploration, refreshed and ready for the next adventure.

12:30 PM: Buffet Lunch
A hearty lunch awaits, providing a break from the sightseeing and a chance to recharge.

02:00 PM: Proceed to Visit Elephanta Caves by Boat (Ferry)
The adventure continues as the students embark on a scenic ferry ride to Elephanta Island. The boat glides over the sparkling waters of the Arabian Sea, offering panoramic views of Mumbai’s skyline and the vast ocean, setting the stage for the exploration of ancient wonders.

02:45 PM: Visit Elephanta Caves
Arriving at the mystical Elephanta Island, the students step into a world frozen in time. The UNESCO World Heritage site, renowned for its ancient rock-cut temples dedicated to Lord Shiva, invites them to explore its intricate carvings and awe-inspiring sculptures. 06:30 PM: Return to Hotel after Shopping
Returning to the hotel, students unwind before heading out for some shopping, enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of Mumbai’s markets.

07:30 PM: Buffet Dinner followed by Debriefing and Briefing for the next day
Dinner is served, featuring a selection of dishes that cater to diverse tastes, followed by a debriefing session to reflect on the day’s experiences.

09:30 PM: Overnight Stay at Hotel

DAY 04: MUMBAI – BANGALORE

06:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
The final day begins with early wake-up, and students freshen up, ready to make the most of their remaining time in Mumbai.

07:30 AM: Buffet Breakfast
A filling breakfast provides the energy needed for the day’s activities, as students gather to enjoy the meal.

08:30 AM: Check Out and Proceed to visit Taraporewala Aquarium and Marine Drive
Students check out of the hotel and head to the Taraporewala Aquarium, where they marvel at the diverse marine life. The visit to Marine Drive offers stunning views and a leisurely stroll along Mumbai’s iconic seafront.

09:30 AM: Visit Taraporewala Aquarium & Marine Drive
Taraporewala Aquarium - Here, they are immersed in a world beneath the waves, surrounded by vibrant marine life, shimmering coral reefs, and educational exhibits that captivate their curiosity and ignite their imaginations.

Marine Drive – Here, the serene expanse of the Arabian Sea meets the bustling energy of Mumbai. The gentle sea breeze, coupled with the panoramic views, creates a magical atmosphere as they experience the charm and allure of this famous promenade, making memories that will last a lifetime.

11:00 AM: Juice and Snacks
A mid-morning break with juice and snacks gives students a chance to relax and enjoy their final moments in the city.

01:00 PM: Buffet Lunch
A final lunch in Mumbai provides a satisfying conclusion to the trip, with a variety of dishes to savor.

02:00 PM: Visit Basilica of Our Lady of the Mount
Students visit the Basilica of Our Lady of the Mount, taking in the serene atmosphere and stunning architecture of this significant pilgrimage site.

03:30 PM: Juice and Snacks
As the day winds down, students enjoy one last round of juice and snacks before heading to the airport.

Proceed to Airport
The group heads to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, ready for their journey back home.

THE GIVEN RATE FOR THE LAND PACKAGE IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR NEXT 20 DAYS.

 

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows you to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

The Tour Cost Includes: Local Transportation by private AC Coach, buffet Breakfast, buffet Lunch, buffet Dinner , , Guide Charges, State Taxes, Sightseeing, General Entrance Fees as per the Programme, Stay at hotels on four sharing basis (1 king size bed with 1 extra mattress), Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip.

The Tour cost does not include: Any Expenses of Personal Nature (like still camera or video camera, porter charges, Laundry expenses, phone calls, food/beverages not included in the package, usages of mini bar in the hotel), Sightseeing or Activities which are not mentioned in the package.

IMPORTANT NOTE

1. As this is NOT THE FINAL ITINERARY at the time of confirmation, kindly ask the marketing executive to check the availability of all the services as specified in this itinerary i.e., (TRAIN/FLIGHT/COACHES/HOTELS/ENTRY TO MONUMENTS, FARMS, RESORTS ETC) based on the period of travel and to submit the FINAL ITINERARY.

2. As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the full amount of train fare and 25% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmed from the students which is nonrefundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

1) 25 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

2) 20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

3) 15 days to 19 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

4) 10 days to 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

5) 9 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable

*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked

POSTPONEMENT POLICY:

If due to any reason the group tour is postponed to the next/forthcoming vacation, an additional postponement charges over and above the tour cost will be applicable

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
