DAY 01: BANGALORE – CHANDIGARH

Departure to Chandigarh International Airport from Bangalore International Airport
As the sun rises, a group of eager students, hearts racing with excitement, board their flight to the picturesque city of Chandigarh. The journey in the clouds sparks conversations about the adventure ahead, the thrill of leaving behind the familiar for the unknown.

Arrival at Chandigarh International Airport
As the plane descends, the students catch their first glimpse of the vibrant city of Chandigarh, nestled at the foothills of the Himalayas. The excitement is palpable as they step off the aircraft, eager to embark on their adventure.

01:30 PM: Transfer to Manali by private Coach
The scenic drive to Manali is like a dream, with winding roads leading through the majestic Himalayas. Lush valleys and towering peaks create a magical backdrop as the students enjoy refreshing snacks, chatting about the snow-clad landscapes they’ll soon explore.

04:30 PM: Snacks will be provided
A delightful break offers tasty snacks, fueling their anticipation as the journey continues through the breathtaking mountain terrain.

08:00 PM: Dinner will be provided on the way
As night falls, the group enjoys a hearty dinner amidst the enchanting Himalayan foothills. The air is crisp and filled with the scent of pine trees, making the experience all the more surreal.

10:30 PM: Arrival at Manali and Check-in at the Hotel
Finally, they reach the serene town of Manali, where cozy hotel rooms await. The students settle in, their minds filled with dreams of the snow-capped adventures awaiting them the next day.

11:00 PM: Night Halt at Manali
The night is spent in peaceful slumber, nestled in the heart of the Himalayas, as the anticipation of the adventures to come lingers in the air.

DAY 02: MANALI

07:00 AM: Wake up and Freshen up
The morning begins with a refreshing wake-up call, the crisp mountain air rejuvenating the students as they prepare for a day filled with excitement.

07:30 AM: Breakfast will be provided
A warm, delicious breakfast fuels them for the thrilling journey to Rohtang Pass, one of the most breathtaking spots in the Himalayas.

09:00 AM: Proceed to Rohtang Pass
Embarking on an unforgettable journey, the students make their way to Rohtang Pass. The snow-capped peaks and icy landscapes create a winter wonderland, where laughter echoes through snowball fights and playful exploration.

10:30 AM: Snacks will be provided
A quick snack break amidst the snow keeps the energy high as the students take in the stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

11:00 AM: Visit Rohtang Pass
The visit to Rohtang Pass is a magical experience—snow-covered slopes, panoramic vistas, and the thrill of standing on top of the world. Every moment here feels like a scene from a fairy tale.

01:00 PM: Lunch will be provided nearby the hotel
After a morning of adventure, the group enjoys a delicious lunch, sharing stories of their snowy escapades.

04:00 PM: Snacks will be provided
Another snack break keeps spirits high as they continue their exploration of Manali's natural wonders.

04:30 PM: Also visit Atal Tunnel and Solang Valley
The drive through the Atal Tunnel, a marvel of engineering, takes them to Solang Valley, where adventure awaits. From paragliding to zorbing, the valley offers endless excitement against a backdrop of stunning landscapes.

07:30 PM: Arrival at the Hotel
After a day of adventure, the students return to the hotel, their hearts full and their minds buzzing with the day’s memories.

08:00 PM: Dinner will be provided
A sumptuous dinner is served, offering a perfect end to an exhilarating day in the mountains.

09:00 PM: Night Halt at Manali
The night is spent in cozy comfort, with dreams of more Himalayan adventures to come.

DAY 03: MANALI

07:00 AM: Wake Up & Freshen Up
The morning brings a fresh start, as the students wake up to another beautiful day in the mountains, ready for a new set of adventures.

08:00 AM: Breakfast will be provided & Check Out
After a hearty breakfast, the group checks out, setting out to explore the cultural and historical treasures of Manali.

09:00 AM: Proceed to Manali local sightseeing
The day begins with a visit to the sacred Manu Temple, where the students experience the serene atmosphere and rich history that permeates the ancient walls.

09:30 AM: Visit Manu Temple, Hidimba Temple, Vashist Hot Springs and Tibetan Monastery
Next, they explore the Hidimba Temple, with its unique architecture and mystical aura. The rejuvenating Vashist Hot Springs offer a moment of relaxation, while the Tibetan Monastery provides a glimpse into the spiritual traditions of the region.

11:00 AM: Snacks will be provided
A quick snack break keeps the energy flowing as the group continues their exploration.

01:00 PM: Lunch will be provided
Lunch is a time to relax and refuel, sharing stories of the morning's adventures and the sights still to come.

02:00 PM: Enjoy White Water Rafting in Beas River
The thrill of white water rafting on the Beas River adds an adrenaline-pumping twist to the day. The students navigate the rapids, their hearts racing with excitement as they conquer the powerful currents.

04:00 PM: Snacks will be provided
Another snack break after rafting allows the students to catch their breath and savor the day’s excitement.

06:00 PM: Back to hotel
As the sun sets, the group returns to the hotel, where they can relax and reflect on the day’s thrilling experiences.

07:30 PM: Buffet Dinner followed by debriefing & briefing for the next day
Dinner is served, and the evening concludes with a debriefing, preparing the students for the journey ahead.

09:30 PM: Overnight stay at Manali
Another peaceful night in the mountains awaits, with dreams of Chandigarh on the horizon.

DAY 04: MANALI – CHANDIGARH

06:30 AM: Wake Up & Freshen Up
The final morning in Manali begins with a wake-up call, as the students prepare to leave this mountain paradise.

07:30 AM: Breakfast will be provided
A nourishing breakfast sets the tone for the journey to Chandigarh, the final leg of their incredible adventure.

08:30 AM: Check out of the hotel & Transfer to Chandigarh
With fond farewells to Manali, the group embarks on the journey back to Chandigarh, the winding roads offering one last glimpse of the majestic Himalayas.

11:30 AM: Snacks will be provided
A mid-journey snack break keeps spirits high as the students reminisce about their Manali adventures.

01:00 PM: Lunch will be provided
Lunch on the way offers a moment to relax and refuel before reaching Chandigarh.

04:30 PM: Arrival at Chandigarh followed by check-in at the hotel
Upon arrival in Chandigarh, the group checks into their hotel, where they can unwind and prepare for the final day of exploration.

07:30 PM: Buffet Dinner followed by debriefing & briefing for the next day
A delicious buffet dinner is served, followed by a debriefing to recap the day’s journey and discuss the upcoming Chandigarh sightseeing.

09:30 PM: Overnight stay at Chandigarh
The day ends with a restful night in the hotel, as the students dream of their final day of exploration in Chandigarh.

DAY 05: CHANDIGARH – BANGALORE

06:30 AM: Wake Up & Freshen Up
The last day of the journey begins with a wake-up call, as the students prepare for a day of discovery in Chandigarh.

07:30 AM: Breakfast will be provided
A hearty breakfast is served, energizing the group for their final sightseeing adventure.

09:30 AM: Check out of the Hotel & Proceed to Chandigarh Local Sightseeing
The day starts with a visit to Chandigarh’s famous attractions, exploring the city’s vibrant culture and modern architecture.

Report at Chandigarh International Airport
After a morning of sightseeing, the group heads to the airport, their hearts full of memories from an unforgettable journey.

Departure to Bangalore International Airport
With a mix of excitement and nostalgia, the students board their flight back to Bangalore, reflecting on the incredible experiences and friendships forged during this magical adventure.

Arrival at Bangalore International Airport
As they land in Bangalore, the students step off the plane, their minds brimming with stories to share. This journey, filled with laughter, learning, and life-changing experiences, is one they will cherish forever.

THE GIVEN RATE FOR THE LAND PACKAGE IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR NEXT 20 DAYS.

 

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows you to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

The Tour Cost Includes:Local Transportation by  private Coach, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (veg/non veg), Morning and Evening light snacks, Guide Charges, State Taxes, Sightseeing, General Entrance Fees as per the Programme, Stay at hotels on four sharing basis (1 king size bed with 1 extra mattress), Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip.

The Tour cost does not include: Transfer from school to airport and transfer back from the airport to the school,, Any Expenses of Personal Nature (like still camera or video camera, porter charges, Laundry expenses, phone calls, food/beverages not included in the package, usages of mini bar in the hotel), Sightseeing or Activities which are not mentioned in the package

IMPORTANT NOTE

1. As this is NOT THE FINAL ITINERARY at the time of confirmation, kindly ask the marketing executive to check the availability of all the services as specified in this itinerary i.e., (TRAIN/FLIGHT/COACHES/HOTELS/ENTRY TO MONUMENTS, FARMS, RESORTS ETC) based on the period of travel and to submit the FINAL ITINERARY.

2. As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the 30% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmedwhich is nonrefundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

1) 25 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

2) 20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

3) 15 days to 19 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

4) 10 days to 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

5) 9 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable

*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked

POSTPONEMENT POLICY:

If due to any reason the group tour is postponed to the next/forthcoming vacation, an additional postponement charges over and above the tour cost will be applicable

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTION

Since the Indian Railways had made the ticket reservations 4 months (120 days) in advance, for any itinerary with departure by train, we request you to kindly give the name list of the students and escorts -WELL IN ADVANCEfor this we SUGGEST you to forward the name list of the students and escorts who are “ EXPECTED”to attend the trip on the date of confirmation of the tour  itself , once the final name list is forwarded 30 days before the date of departure the tickets of those who are not travelling could be  CANCELLED–this is to make sure your journey more safe & comfortable
