  • Activity: "Spice Lab: Smell, Sketch, and Science"-Understand the real-life application of plant biology and organic chemistry by developing observation and inquiry skills and describe how natural resources influence trade and culture.

  •  Activity: "Hydro Explorer: Observe, Reflect, Report" –Note changes in water speed and flow by spotting and sketching one natural feature or bird and write one reflection on the balance between tourism and conservation.

4:00 PM: Visit Echo Point Munnar

  • Learning Focus: To experience the phenomenon of echo, understand how sound travels, and relate it to real-life applications in science and technology (like sonar, architecture, and communication).
  • Activity: "Science in Sound – Exploring Acoustics in Nature"- Students test echo by shouting phrases (pre-decided, science-related fun lines) by Using a stopwatch to roughly estimate delay time and calculate approximate distance the sound travelled (Speed = Distance / Time) and record what affects the echo quality (wind, surroundings, background noise).
  • What to Carry: Notebook, Pen/pencil

  • Activity: "Tea Time Trails: The STEAM Behind Every Sip" – One fact from each STEAM category by sketching of one machine or tea leaf stage and a timeline of the tea-making process by noting any traditional vs. modern methods observed.

  • Activity: "The Art of Movement – Exploring Culture, Discipline, and Body Science"-Different types of movements (strikes, kicks, weapon handling) and the role of breath control and body balance.

DAY 4: COCHIN – BANGALORE

  • Learning Focus: To observe marine life, understand oceanic ecosystems, and learn basic navigation and climate concepts by experiencing the sea firsthand.
  • Activity: "Ocean Odyssey – Exploring Marine Ecology, Navigation & Climate"-Sketch Sea conditions: waves, cloud formations, horizon and record wind direction and speed (if instruments available) by navigation basics (using compass, landmarks).

  • Activity: "Artifact Detective: Discover, Describe & Decode" –Select 3 artifacts or exhibits that intrigue them and note their purpose, materials, and historical context by sketching one artifact and write a short story or fact about it.

Step 1: Once you finalize the itinerary and travel dates of your choice, please contact our executive to confirm availability.

Step 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded. Optional facility an online presentation will be conducted for parents.

Step 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized, Crazy Holidays will schedule the pre-departure meeting with the school.

Step 4: During the pre-departure meeting, complete awareness about the tour will be provided to both students and parents, including project specifications, what to carry and details about the “Track My Tour” feature.

THE GIVEN RATE FOR THE LAND PACKAGE IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR NEXT 20 DAYS.

 

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows parents to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

NB: In the event of not receiving any instruction to RESTRICT by email.....will be considered as an APPROVAL from your end.

The Tour Cost Includes: Local Transportation by private AC Coach, buffet Breakfast, buffet Lunch, buffet Dinner , , Guide Charges, State Taxes, Sightseeing, General Entrance Fees as per the Programme, Stay at hotels on four sharing basis (1 king size bed with 1 extra mattress), Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip.

The Tour cost does not include: Any Expenses of Personal Nature (like still camera or video camera, porter charges, Laundry expenses, phone calls, food/beverages not included in the package, usages of mini bar in the hotel), Sightseeing or Activities which are not mentioned in the package.

IMPORTANT NOTE

1. As this is NOT THE FINAL ITINERARY at the time of confirmation, kindly ask the marketing executive to check the availability of all the services as specified in this itinerary i.e., (TRAIN/FLIGHT/COACHES/HOTELS/ENTRY TO MONUMENTS, FARMS, RESORTS ETC) based on the period of travel and to submit the FINAL ITINERARY.

2. As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the full amount of train fare and 25% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmed from the students which is nonrefundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

1) 25 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

2) 20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

3) 15 days to 19 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

4) 10 days to 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

5) 9 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable

*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked

POSTPONEMENT POLICY:

If due to any reason the group tour is postponed to the next/forthcoming vacation, an additional postponement charges over and above the tour cost will be applicable

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
