DAY 01: BANGALORE – BAGDOGRA - DARJEELING

Departure to Bagdogra by morning flight
As dawn breaks, students board a flight from Bangalore, their hearts filled with anticipation for the enchanting journey ahead. The excitement is palpable as they ascend into the sky, leaving behind the familiar and soaring toward the unknown.

Arrival at Bagdogra Airport
Upon landing in Bagdogra, the cool mountain breeze greets them, signaling the start of an extraordinary adventure. A hearty breakfast fuels their energy as they prepare to journey through the lush landscapes to Darjeeling.

As the morning sun gently filters through the curtains, students gather for a delightful breakfast.

Proceed to Darjeeling
Following breakfast, students embark on a scenic journey to Darjeeling. The winding roads through verdant hills offer a visual feast of lush tea gardens and mist-covered mountains.

12:30 PM: Check-In at Hotel
Nestled in the rolling hills, the hotel welcomes students with open arms. The warm ambiance and panoramic views create a sense of wonder, as they settle into their cozy rooms.

01:30 PM: Buffet Lunch
A delicious buffet lunch awaits, offering a taste of the local flavors. Students indulge in the feast, recharging for the day ahead.

02:30 PM: Enjoy Resort Facilities
The afternoon is spent exploring the resort’s amenities. Whether it’s a dip in the pool, a stroll through the gardens, or simply relaxing, students savor the serenity and beauty of their surroundings.

04:30 PM: Shopping at Mall Road
The vibrant atmosphere of Mall Road beckons. Students explore quaint shops, picking up souvenirs and soaking in the lively energy of Darjeeling’s bustling heart.

06:30 PM: Return to Hotel
As the sun sets, students return to the hotel, their bags filled with treasures and their hearts with memories.

07:30 PM: Campfire with Music

08:30 PM: Buffet Dinner

DAY 02: DARJEELING

04:00 AM: Wake Up & Freshen Up
Before dawn, students rise, filled with excitement for the day's breathtaking spectacle.

04:30 AM: Proceed to Tiger Hills
The journey to Tiger Hill is an adventure in itself, with the chilly morning air invigorating their spirits. As they reach the summit, the first rays of the sun paint the peaks of Kanchenjunga in hues of gold and pink, leaving everyone awestruck by the beauty of nature.

07:00 AM: Back to Hotel
The magical sunrise lingers in their minds as they return to the hotel, ready to refuel.

08:00 AM: Breakfast
A hearty breakfast awaits, providing the energy needed for the day’s exploration.

10:00 AM: Visit Ghoom Buddhist Monastery
A short journey takes them to the serene Ghoom Monastery. The tranquility of the monastery, with its giant Buddha statue and ancient scriptures, offers students a glimpse into the spiritual heritage of the region.

12:00 PM: Back to Hotel
After a morning of peaceful reflection, they return to the hotel to relax.

03:00 PM: Visit Batasia Loop (War Memorial)

04:00 PM: Visit Gangamaya Park & Rock Garden

06:00 PM: Back to Hotel

08:30 PM: Buffet Dinner

DAY 03: DARJEELING - BAGDOGRA

06:30 AM: Wake Up & Freshen Up
The day begins with excitement as students prepare for their final day in the enchanting hills of Darjeeling.

07:30 AM: Breakfast
A nutritious breakfast sets the stage for the day’s explorations.

08:30 AM: Checkout & Proceed to Mountaineering Institute and Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park
Students embark on an educational tour of the Mountaineering Institute, where they learn about the history and heroes of Himalayan expeditions. The nearby Zoological Park introduces them to exotic wildlife, including the majestic snow leopard, making it a day rich in learning and discovery.

10:30 AM: Proceed to Darjeeling Valley Passenger Ropeway
The adventure continues as students glide over the lush valleys on the Darjeeling Ropeway. The panoramic views from the cable cars offer a bird’s-eye perspective of the sprawling tea gardens and misty mountains.

12:00 PM: Buffet Lunch
A well-deserved lunch awaits, allowing students to recharge after a morning filled with excitement.

01:15 PM: Proceed for Toy Train Ride from Darjeeling to Ghum
The highlight of the day is the iconic Toy Train ride. As the train meanders through the scenic landscapes, students are enchanted by the slow-paced journey that offers them time to absorb the breathtaking views and capture memories with every turn.

03:00 PM: Proceed to Bagdogra
With hearts full of memories and cameras full of pictures, students bid farewell to Darjeeling as they embark on the journey to Bagdogra.

06:00 PM: Check-In at Hotel
Upon arrival in Bagdogra, they check into their hotel, where comfort and relaxation await.

07:00 PM: DJ Night
The evening transforms into a celebration as students let loose at a DJ night, dancing away the final evening of their adventure.

08:00 PM: Buffet Dinner
Dinner is served with a side of joy and laughter, as students relive the highlights of their incredible journey.

09:00 PM: Retire for the Day
The day ends with a sense of fulfillment as students retire, dreaming of the adventures that have now become treasured memories.

DAY 04: BAGDOGRA - BANGALORE

06:00 AM: Wake Up & Freshen Up
The final day dawns, with students waking up to the bittersweet feeling of an adventure coming to an end.

07:00 AM: Breakfast
A farewell breakfast is served, fueling them for the journey home.

08:30 AM: Enjoy Hotel Facilities
The morning is spent enjoying the hotel’s facilities, whether it’s a relaxing swim or a final stroll through the gardens.

10:00 AM: Checkout
With bags packed and hearts full, students check out of the hotel, ready to begin their journey back.

11:00 AM: Buffet Lunch
A final lunch together offers one last opportunity to share stories, laughter, and the joy of new friendships.

Proceed to Bagdogra Airport
The journey concludes as students arrive at Bagdogra Airport. With fond farewells and promises to stay in touch, they prepare to board their flight back to Bangalore.

As the plane takes off, students reflect on the unforgettable experiences they’ve had, each moment a story to tell and a memory to cherish.

Arrival at Bangalore Airport
Touching down in Bangalore, students are reunited with their families, their hearts brimming with the magic of Darjeeling and the stories they’ll carry forever.

THE GIVEN RATE FOR THE LAND PACKAGE IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR NEXT 20 DAYS.

 

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows you to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

The Tour Cost Includes: Transfers by Exclusive A/c or Non A/c vehicle for transfers & sightseeing. (Ac will not run in hill area)  [Travellers /Tata Sumo], Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner,  Morning and Evening light snacks, Guide Charges, State Taxes, Sightseeing, General Entrance Fees as per the Programme, Stay at hotels on four  sharing basis(1 king size bed with 1 extra mattress), Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip

 The Tour cost does not include: Air fare, Any Expenses of Personal Nature, Laundry Expenses and sightseeing or Activities not mentioned in the package. Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.Anything which is not included in the inclusion.

SPECIAL NOTE

In the event of flight booking or train booking it is advisable not to wait more than 24 hours for booking flight or train as there is dynamic change in the pricing and no provisions are available for blocking tickets. So I request your good self to kindly forward the name list of the students and teachers travelling along with a non refundable advance of Rs. 250/- per head for packages where train booking is applicable and Rs. 3000/- per head for packages where flight tickets to be booked

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

1) 25 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

2)20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

3)15 days to 19 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

4)10 days to 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

5)9 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable

*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked

POSTPONEMENT POLICY:

If due to any reason the group tour is postponed to the next/forthcoming vacation, an additional postponement charges over and above the tour cost will be applicable

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkoutwill be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late check out, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
