DAY 01: BANGALORE TO SRINAGAR

Departure to Srinagar by morning flight
As the sun peeks over the horizon, students board their morning flight to Srinagar, their hearts fluttering with excitement for the adventures that lie ahead. The skies are clear and anticipation fills the air as they soar toward their destination.

Arrival at Srinagar Airport
Upon landing, students are greeted by the enchanting landscape of Srinagar. The cool, crisp air and picturesque surroundings signal the beginning of a magical journey. A hearty buffet lunch awaits, setting the tone for a day of exploration.

A well-deserved lunch awaits, allowing students to recharge after a morning filled with excitement.

02:30 PM: Check-in at Hotel
Settling into their cozy accommodations, students freshen up and prepare for their first adventure. The hotel, with its warm hospitality and stunning views, becomes their home away from home.

04:00 PM: Proceed to Dal Lake
The journey continues to Dal Lake, a serene expanse surrounded by majestic mountains. Students marvel at the breathtaking beauty as they embark on a charming Shikara ride, drifting gently over the glistening waters.

04:30 PM: Shikara Ride @ Dal Lake
As the afternoon sun begins its gentle descent, casting a golden hue over the tranquil waters, students embark on a Shikara ride across the enchanting Dal Lake. They glide over the shimmering lake, surrounded by lush, green landscapes and majestic snow-capped peaks.

06:30 PM: Back to Hotel

DAY 02: SRINAGAR – GULMARG

06:30 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
The day begins early as students wake to the invigorating mountain air, ready for another exciting adventure.

07:30 AM: Breakfast
A wholesome breakfast is served, fueling the students for their journey to the next destination. The anticipation of exploring Gulmarg adds a spark to the morning.

08:30 AM: Proceed to Gulmarg
The journey to Gulmarg unfolds with picturesque landscapes and breathtaking views, as students travel through the stunning countryside.

10:30 AM: Arrival at Gulmarg
Upon arriving, students are greeted by the enchanting beauty of Gulmarg. The crisp mountain air and sprawling vistas set the stage for an exhilarating day.

11:30 AM: Gondola Ride Phase – I & Phase – II
The excitement builds as students board the Gondola, ascending to panoramic heights. The ride offers a bird’s-eye view of the stunning landscape, leaving them awe-inspired.

DAY 03: SRINAGAR - PAHALGAM

Students awaken to another beautiful day, ready to embark on their journey to Pahalgam.

07:30 AM: Breakfast
A hearty breakfast is served, ensuring students are energized for their exploration of Pahalgam.

08:30 AM: Checkout & Proceed to Pahalgam
The journey to Pahalgam begins, with students soaking in the scenic beauty as they travel through lush landscapes and charming vistas.

09:30 AM: Enroute Visit to Apple Garden & Bat Factory
The journey includes a fascinating stop at an apple garden and a bat factory, where students learn about local industries and enjoy fresh, local produce.

12:30 PM: Check-In at Hotel
Upon arrival in Pahalgam, students check into their new hotel, greeted by the serene ambiance and breathtaking views.

DAY 04: PAHALGAM - SRINAGAR

A hearty breakfast is served, energizing students for their adventure to Baisaran Valley.

08:30 AM: Checkout
Students check out of the hotel and embark on their journey back to Srinagar.

09:30 AM: Pony Ride to Baisaran Valley
The adventure continues with a charming pony ride to Baisaran Valley, where students experience the breathtaking beauty of the lush meadows and rolling hills.

12:30 PM: Buffet Lunch
A satisfying buffet lunch awaits, offering a range of delicious dishes to enjoy after their morning adventures.

01:30 PM: Proceed to Srinagar
The journey back to Srinagar offers picturesque views and a chance to reflect on the experiences of the past few days.

04:00 PM: Visit Shalimar Bagh Mughal Garden
Upon arrival in Srinagar, students visit the stunning Shalimar Bagh Mughal Garden, where they marvel at the intricate design and serene beauty of the historic gardens.

07:00 PM: Check-in at Srinagar Hotel
Returning to their hotel, students check in and settle in for their final night in Srinagar.

08:30 PM: Buffet Dinner

DAY 05: SRINAGAR - BANGALORE

06:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
Students wake up early, preparing for their journey back to Bangalore.

07:00 AM: Breakfast
A final breakfast is served, ensuring students are well-fed before their departure.

08:30 AM: Enjoy Hotel Facility
Students take one last opportunity to enjoy the hotel’s facilities and the beautiful surroundings.

10:00 AM: Checkout
Students check out of the hotel, ready for their journey to the airport.

A packed or early lunch is provided as students head to the airport.

Proceed to Srinagar Airport
The journey to the airport is filled with a sense of reflection and anticipation as students prepare to say goodbye to Srinagar.

Departure to Bangalore
The flight back to Bangalore marks the end of their magical journey, filled with experiences and memories that will last a lifetime.

Arrival at Bangalore
Students arrive back in Bangalore, their hearts full and their spirits high, ready to share their incredible adventure with family and friends.

THE GIVEN RATE FOR THE LAND PACKAGE IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR NEXT 20 DAYS.

 

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows you to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

The Tour Cost Includes: Transfers by Exclusive A/c or Non A/c vehicle for transfers & sightseeing. (Ac will not run in hill area)  [Travellers /Tata Sumo], Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner,  Morning and Evening light snacks, Guide Charges, State Taxes, Sightseeing, General Entrance Fees as per the Programme, Stay at hotels on four  sharing basis(1 king size bed with 1 extra mattress), Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip

 The Tour cost does not include: Air fare, Any Expenses of Personal Nature, Laundry Expenses and sightseeing or Activities not mentioned in the package. Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.Anything which is not included in the inclusion.

SPECIAL NOTE

In the event of flight booking or train booking it is advisable not to wait more than 24 hours for booking flight or train as there is dynamic change in the pricing and no provisions are available for blocking tickets. So I request your good self to kindly forward the name list of the students and teachers travelling along with a non refundable advance of Rs. 250/- per head for packages where train booking is applicable and Rs. 3000/- per head for packages where flight tickets to be booked

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

1) 25 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

2)20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

3)15 days to 19 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

4)10 days to 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

5)9 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable

*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked

POSTPONEMENT POLICY:

If due to any reason the group tour is postponed to the next/forthcoming vacation, an additional postponement charges over and above the tour cost will be applicable

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkoutwill be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late check out, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
