DAY 01: BANGALORE TO AURANGABAD

02:00 PM: Departure to Aurangabad by flight
In the afternoon glow, students board their flight to Aurangabad, filled with eager anticipation for the cultural journey ahead. As the plane soars, they imagine the marvels they will soon explore.

04:00 PM: Arrival @ Aurangabad Airport
Landing at Aurangabad, students step into a land rich with history and architectural wonders. The airport buzzes with the excitement of the new adventure unfolding.

05:00 PM: Check in @ Hotel
The group arrives at their hotel, where they are warmly greeted and settle into their comfortable accommodations, preparing for an evening of discovery.

06:00 PM: Proceed to The Bibi Ka Maqbara
As dusk settles, the students embark on a journey to The Bibi Ka Maqbara, a majestic monument reminiscent of the Taj Mahal. Its shimmering white marble and intricate designs cast an enchanting spell, providing a captivating glimpse into the past.

06:15 PM: Visit The Bibi Ka Maqbara

07:30 PM: Back to Hotel
Returning to the hotel, students are filled with awe from their visit. The excitement continues as they prepare for an evening of celebration.

08:00 PM: DJ Night

08:45 PM: Buffet Dinner

09:30 PM: Retire for the day

DAY 02: AURANGABAD - AJANTA CAVES

06:30 AM: Wake up and freshen up
As the first light of dawn breaks, students awaken to a new day of exploration, energized and ready for the wonders of Ajanta Caves.

07:30 AM: Breakfast
A hearty breakfast fuels their spirits for the day ahead, offering both nourishment and a delightful start to their adventures.

08:30 AM: Proceed to Ajanta Caves
The journey to Ajanta Caves begins, with students excitedly discussing the ancient marvels they are about to witness.

12:00 PM: Buffet Lunch
A delicious buffet lunch provides a midday pause, giving students a chance to recharge before continuing their exploration.

01:00 PM: Visit Ajanta Caves
Entering the Ajanta Caves, students are transported back in time to admire the exquisite rock-cut architecture and intricate murals that depict Buddha’s life and Jataka tales. The UNESCO World Heritage site offers a profound and awe-inspiring experience.

03:00 PM: Visit Ajanta Caves Waterfall
The serene Ajanta Caves Waterfall invites students to pause and appreciate its tranquil beauty, nestled amidst the ancient rock-cut marvels.

03:30 PM: Visit Upper View Point Ajanta Caves
From the Upper View Point, students take in panoramic vistas of the Ajanta Caves and the lush landscapes surrounding them, adding a breathtaking perspective to their visit.

04:30 PM: Back to Aurangabad
The journey back to Aurangabad is filled with reflections on the day's incredible experiences, as students anticipate their evening activities.

07:30 PM: Arrival @ Hotel
Returning to their hotel, students unwind and prepare for a relaxing evening after a day of exploration.

08:30 PM: Buffet Dinner
A flavorful buffet dinner provides the perfect end to a day of discovery, with students sharing their favorite moments and experiences.

09:30 PM: Retire for the day
As the night settles, students retire to their rooms, their minds filled with the awe-inspiring sights of the Ajanta Caves.

DAY 03: AURANGABAD - ELLORA - BANGALORE

06:00 AM: Wake up and freshen up
Students rise early, ready to embark on their final day of exploration before returning home.

07:00 AM: Breakfast
A nourishing breakfast sets the tone for a day filled with the grandeur of the Ellora Caves.

08:00 AM: Checkout and Proceed to Ellora Caves
With excitement building, students check out of the hotel and head towards the Ellora Caves, eager to uncover another facet of India’s rich heritage.

09:30 AM: Visit Ellora Caves
The Ellora Caves offer a stunning blend of Buddhist, Hindu, and Jain architectures. Students marvel at the intricate carvings and majestic monolithic structures, immersed in the artistic and spiritual legacy of this UNESCO World Heritage site.

11:00 AM: Back to Aurangabad
Returning to Aurangabad, students reflect on the morning’s wonders, their minds buzzing with new knowledge and experiences.

12:00 PM: Buffet Lunch
A delightful buffet lunch provides a final opportunity to savor local flavors and recharge before heading to the airport.

01:00 PM: Proceed to Aurangabad Airport
Students make their way to the airport, excited to share their stories and memories from the trip.

01:30 PM: Check-in Formalities at Airport
As students complete check-in procedures, they prepare for their journey back home, cherishing the memories of their remarkable adventure.

04:30 PM: Departure to Bangalore
The flight departs, and students reminisce about their enriching journey, eager to return and share their experiences with family and friends.

05:55 PM: Arrival at Bangalore
Back in Bangalore, students disembark, their hearts full of cherished memories and newfound knowledge from their incredible exploration of Aurangabad and its historic treasures.

THE GIVEN RATE FOR THE LAND PACKAGE IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR NEXT 20 DAYS.

 

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows you to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

The Tour Cost Includes: Transfers by Exclusive A/c  for transfers & sightseeing. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner,  Morning and Evening light snacks, Guide Charges, State Taxes, Sightseeing, General Entrance Fees as per the Programme, Stay at hotels on four  sharing basis(1 king size bed with 1 extra mattress), Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip

 The Tour cost does not include: Air fare, Any Expenses of Personal Nature, Laundry Expenses and sightseeing or Activities not mentioned in the package. Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.Anything which is not included in the inclusion.

SPECIAL NOTE

In the event of flight booking or train booking it is advisable not to wait more than 24 hours for booking flight or train as there is dynamic change in the pricing and no provisions are available for blocking tickets. So I request your good self to kindly forward the name list of the students and teachers travelling along with a non refundable advance of Rs. 250/- per head for packages where train booking is applicable and Rs. 3000/- per head for packages where flight tickets to be booked

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

1) 25 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

2)20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

3)15 days to 19 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

4)10 days to 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

5)9 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable

*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked

POSTPONEMENT POLICY:

If due to any reason the group tour is postponed to the next/forthcoming vacation, an additional postponement charges over and above the tour cost will be applicable

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkoutwill be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late check out, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
