DAY 01: BANGALORE – GUWAHATI – SHILLONG

Departure to Guwahati by morning flight
As dawn breaks, the students gather with a sense of anticipation and excitement, boarding their morning flight to Guwahati. The skies are painted in shades of gold and pink, setting the stage for their grand adventure.

Arrival at Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport
As the plane touches down at Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport, students step into the heart of Assam, greeted by the fresh, crisp air of Guwahati. The excitement is palpable as they disembark and board a comfortable private coach, ready to embark on their journey to Shillong.

12:00 PM: Visit Umiam Lake
Arriving at Umiam Lake, students are greeted by a shimmering expanse of water, nestled amidst rolling hills and lush greenery. This serene reservoir, created by damming the Umiam River, stretches across 220 square kilometers, offering a panoramic vista that feels like stepping into a serene watercolor painting.

02:30 PM: Arrival and Check-in at the Shillong Hotel
Students arrive at their charming Shillong hotel, where warm hospitality and cozy accommodations welcome them. The anticipation of new adventures fills the air as they settle in.

04:00 PM: Snacks Will Be Provided
As the afternoon sun begins to wane, students gather for a delightful snack break amidst the day's explorations. With a variety of tasty treats and refreshments at hand, this pause provides a moment of rejuvenation.

04:15 PM: Proceed to Visit Ward’s Lake, Don Bosco Museum, Lady Hydari Park, and Cathedral of Mary Help of Christians
As the afternoon unfolds, students embark on a captivating exploration of Shillong’s cultural and natural treasures. Their first stop is Ward’s Lake, where they meander along serene pathways bordered by lush greenery and vibrant blooms. Next, they delve into the rich heritage of the Don Bosco Museum, an interactive voyage through Northeast India's diverse cultures. The journey continues to Lady Hydari Park, a tranquil haven with picturesque landscapes and exotic flora. Finally, the students marvel at the Cathedral of Mary Help of Christians, an architectural gem with its tranquil ambiance and historical significance. Each visit is a step into Shillong’s charm, blending beauty, history, and serenity seamlessly.

07:30 PM: Dinner followed by Debriefing and Briefing for the next day
The day concludes with a hearty buffet dinner and a debriefing session, where students reflect on their adventures and gear up for the exciting day ahead.

As the day winds down, students retire for the night, their dreams filled with the day’s enchanting experiences.

DAY 02: SHILLONG - MAWLYNNONG – DAWKI

06:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
Students rise early, ready to embrace a day filled with exploration and discovery in the pristine landscapes of Meghalaya.

07:00 AM: Early Breakfast
An early breakfast fuels the students for their journey to Mawlynnong Village, the cleanest village in Asia, where natural beauty and environmental care come together in a breathtaking harmony.

08:00 AM: Proceed to Mawlynnong
Upon arrival, students are captivated by the village’s immaculate surroundings and vibrant greenery, offering a glimpse into the region's eco-friendly way of life.

11:00 AM: Visit Mawlynnong
As the students arrive in Mawlynnong, they are greeted by a picturesque landscape that embodies purity and tranquility. Known as Asia’s cleanest village, Mawlynnong enchants with its pristine streets and lush greenery. The air is crisp and refreshing, carrying the sweet scent of blooming flowers.

11:30 AM: Snacks will be Provided
At this delightful mid-morning break, students gather for a refreshing pause amidst their explorations. The air is filled with excitement as they enjoy a selection of tasty snacks, offering a burst of energy and flavor.

12:30 PM: Lunch
Lunch is served, featuring local cuisine that provides a delicious taste of Meghalaya’s culinary heritage.

02:00 PM: Visit Dawki Village and Tamabil
Students continue their adventure with a boat ride on the crystal-clear waters of the Umngot River in Dawki, where the surreal beauty of the river reflects the sky, creating a magical experience.

04:00 PM: Snacks and Return to Shillong
A snack break revitalizes the students before they head back to Shillong, where they can unwind and reflect on their day’s wonders.

07:30 PM: Arrival at the Hotel
Back at the hotel, students enjoy a relaxing evening with a delectable dinner and another opportunity to discuss their day’s adventures.

08:30 PM: Dinner followed by Debriefing and Briefing for the next day
The day concludes with a hearty buffet dinner and a debriefing session, where students reflect on their adventures and gear up for the exciting day ahead.

As the stars twinkle above, students retire for the night, their minds brimming with the day’s enchanting memories.

DAY 03: SHILLONG – GUWAHATI

06:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
The day begins early as students prepare for their journey to Guwahati, ready for a new set of experiences.

07:30 AM: Breakfast
A hearty breakfast sets the tone for the day, providing energy for the exciting visits ahead.

08:00 AM: Check-out and Transfer to Guwahati
Students check out of their Shillong hotel and embark on a drive to Guwahati, filled with anticipation for the city's vibrant experiences.

11:30 AM: Snacks & Juice
Students gather around, savoring a variety of tasty treats and cool beverages, while basking in the warm ambiance.

12:30 PM: Lunch and Check-in at Guwahati Hotel
A delicious lunch greets students upon arrival in Guwahati, followed by check-in at their hotel, where they prepare for the afternoon’s explorations.

02:30 PM: Proceed to Visit

07:30 PM: Dinner followed by Debriefing and Briefing for the next day
Back at the hotel, a delightful dinner is followed by a debriefing session, wrapping up the day’s adventures and preparing for the journey home.

08:30 PM: Goodnight
Students wind down, their hearts full of the day’s wonders, ready for their final day of travel.

DAY 04: GUWAHATI – BANGALORE

06:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
The final morning begins with a fresh start as students prepare for their return journey.

07:00 AM: Buffet Breakfast
A hearty buffet breakfast provides the perfect send-off, with a variety of options to suit every taste.

Report at Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport
As the final adventure draws to a close, students gather at the Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport, their hearts full of cherished memories and experiences.

Departure to Bangalore by scheduled flight
The flight departs, marking the end of an incredible journey filled with exploration, culture, and adventure.

Arrival at Bangalore Airport
Students return to Bangalore, their hearts and minds enriched by the unforgettable experiences and memories of their magical trip to Northeast India.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows you to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

The Tour Cost Includes: Transport private ac coach and in hill area   [Travellers /Tata Sumo], buffet Breakfast, buffet Lunch, buffet Dinner, Morning and Evening light snacks, Guide Charges, State Taxes, Sightseeing, General Entrance Fees as per the Programme, Stay at hotels on triple sharing basis (1 king size bed with 1 extra mattress), Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip

 The Tour cost does not include: Air fare, Any Expenses of Personal Nature, Laundry Expenses and sightseeing or Activities not mentioned in the package. Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure. Anything  which is not included in the inclusion.

SPECIAL NOTE

In the event of flight booking or train booking it is advisable not to wait more than 24 hours for booking flight or train as there is dynamic change in the pricing and no provisions are available for blocking tickets. So I request your good self to kindly forward the name list of the students and teachers travelling along with a non refundable advance of Rs. 250/- per head for packages where train booking is applicable and Rs. 3000/- per head for packages where flight tickets to be booked

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

1) 25 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

2)20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

3)15 days to 19 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

4)10 days to 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

5)9 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable

*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked

POSTPONEMENT POLICY:

If due to any reason the group tour is postponed to the next/forthcoming vacation, an additional postponement charges over and above the tour cost will be applicable

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY:

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late check out, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
