DAY 01: BANGALORE – GUWAHATI – SHILLONG

  • Activity: “Culture Quest Passport”- Children explore galleries with a ‘Culture Quest Passport,’ check off cultures they learn about, draw a favorite costume or artifact, and write one sentence about what interested them most.

Lady Hydari Park

  • Learning Focus: Connects nature with art and sensory learning
  • Activity: “Nature Color Hunt”- Children use a color card with 6–8 natural shades. As they             explore the park, they:

  • Create a “Park Rainbow” in their journal

Cathedral Of Mary Help Of Christians

  • Learning Focus: Introduces religious art and architecture
  • Activity: “Art & Story Quest”- Children use a checklist to explore the cathedral’s stained-glass windows, terracotta Stations, statues, grave, and Gothic architecture. Then, they draw or write about their favorite part.

They interact briefly with locals (if possible) to understand community values. After the walk, each student writes a short reflection on “What makes a village clean – and how can I apply this back home?”

They write a short story, postcard, starting with:

“If I lived just across the river…”

Then, they sit in small groups and share their creations.

Students arrive at Kempegowda International Airport, wrapping up their journey with lasting memories, new friendships, and valuable learnings to carry home.

Step 4: During the pre-departure meeting, complete awareness about the tour will be provided to both students and parents, including project specifications, what to carry and details about the “Track My Tour” feature.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows parents to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY:

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel
