DAY 01: BANGALORE – BAGDOGARA - DARJEELING

05:00 AM: Departure to Bagdogra by morning flight
As the first light of dawn paints the sky, the students gather at the airport, their excitement palpable. They board the early morning flight, the promise of adventure ahead fueling their anticipation.

08:05 AM: Arrival at Bagdogra Airport
The students touch down at Bagdogra, greeted by the crisp, invigorating mountain air. With a sense of wonder, they disembark, ready to begin their journey to the enchanting hill station of Darjeeling.

08:30 AM: Proceed to Darjeeling
A scenic drive through the lush, rolling hills unfolds, the journey to Darjeeling a mesmerizing tapestry of mist-covered mountains and verdant landscapes. The students are spellbound by the beauty surrounding them.

12:30 PM: Check-in at Hotel
Upon arrival in Darjeeling, the students check into their charming hotel, where comfort meets breathtaking views. The anticipation of exploring this picturesque town adds a sense of excitement to their stay.

01:30 PM: Buffet Lunch
A hearty buffet lunch is served, featuring a variety of delicious local and international dishes. The students savor each bite, fueling their energy for the afternoon's explorations.

02:30 PM: Proceed to Visit

05:30 PM: Free for Shopping at Mall Road
The bustling Mall Road beckons with its vibrant shops and lively atmosphere. The students explore, picking out souvenirs and soaking in the local culture.

07:30 PM: Back to Hotel
As evening falls, the students return to their hotel, filled with the day's experiences and stories to share. The cozy ambiance of the hotel provides a warm welcome back.

08:30 PM: Buffet Dinner followed by Debriefing and Briefing for the next day
A delectable buffet dinner is served, offering a range of flavors to delight the palate. The students enjoy their meal, sharing their favorite moments from the day.

09:30 PM: Retire for the Day
After a day full of exploration and excitement, the students retire for the night, their dreams filled with the enchanting sights and experiences of Darjeeling.

DAY 02: DARJEELING

04:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
The day begins early as the students rise in anticipation of witnessing a spectacular sunrise over the Himalayas.

04:30 AM: Proceed to Tiger Hills
The journey to Tiger Hills is bathed in the soft glow of dawn. As the sun rises, the majestic peaks of Kanchenjunga are bathed in golden light, a breathtaking spectacle that leaves the students in awe.

07:00 AM: Back to Hotel
Returning to the hotel, the students are invigorated by the morning's magic, ready to embrace the day’s adventures.

08:00 AM: Buffet Breakfast
A sumptuous breakfast awaits, providing the students with a hearty start to the day’s explorations. The variety of dishes energizes them for the exciting schedule ahead.

09:00 AM: Visit Ghoom Buddhist Monastery
The serene atmosphere of the Ghoom Buddhist Monastery offers a moment of tranquility and reflection, as the students explore this spiritual haven.

10:00 AM: Visit Batasia Loop (War Memorial)
At the Batasia Loop, the students marvel at the stunning panoramic views and pay tribute at the War Memorial, honoring the sacrifices of the brave.

Rock Garden - Next, they wander through the enchanting Rock Garden, a marvel of creativity built from natural rocks and adorned with cascading waterfalls and intricate sculptures.

Cathedral of Mary Help of Christians - A visit to the Cathedral of Mary Help of Christians follows, where the students marvel at the architectural splendor and serene atmosphere of this historic church.

07:30 PM: Buffet Dinner followed by Debriefing and Briefing for the next day

DAY 03: DARJEELING – MIRIK – SILIGURI - KOLKATA

06:30 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
The students wake to a new day, their excitement building as they prepare for a journey through diverse landscapes and experiences.

07:00 AM: Early Buffet Breakfast
An early buffet breakfast fuels the students for a day of exploration. The variety of dishes provides the energy needed for their busy itinerary.

08:00 AM: Checkout & Proceed to Mirik
The journey to Mirik unfolds, with scenic views and anticipation building as the student’s head towards their first stop of the day.

10:30 AM: Visit Mirik Lake
Mirik Lake's tranquil waters and lush surroundings offer a serene retreat. The students enjoy a leisurely stroll, taking in the beauty of this picturesque lake.

11:00 AM: Visit Pashupati Phatak Nepal India Border
A visit to the Pashupati Phatak Nepal-India Border provides a unique glimpse into the cultural and geographical crossroads between the two nations.

12:00 PM: Visit Coffee Estate

The students proceed to Siliguri Junction, their excitement mounting as they prepare for their train journey to Kolkata.

06:00 PM: Arrival at Siliguri Junction Railway Station
Upon arrival, the students disembark at Siliguri Junction, ready for the next leg of their adventure.

07:15 PM: Board the Train Kanchan Kanya Express – 13150
The students board the Kanchan Kanya Express for their overnight journey to Kolkata. The train offers a comfortable and exciting travel experience as they settle in for the ride.

08:30 PM: Dinner Provided on Train
Dinner is served aboard the train, a delicious meal that adds to the charm of the journey. The students enjoy their food and the unique experience of traveling by train.

09:30 PM: Overnight Journey to Kolkata

DAY 04: KOLKATA - BANGALORE

06:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
The students wake up early as the train approaches Kolkata, ready for the final day of their journey.

08:20 AM: Arrival at Sealdah Railway Station
The train arrives at Sealdah Railway Station, where the students disembark and prepare for their day in Kolkata.

08:30 AM: Proceed to Hotel in Kolkata for Fresh Up and Breakfast
At the hotel, the students freshen up and enjoy a hearty breakfast, preparing for a day of exploration in the vibrant city of Kolkata.

10:00 AM: Proceed to Kolkata Sightseeing

Howrah Bridge - The Howrah Bridge stands as a testament to Kolkata's architectural brilliance. The students marvel at this engineering marvel, taking in its grandeur and bustling surroundings.

Victoria Memorial - The Victoria Memorial’s majestic architecture and beautiful gardens captivate the students. They explore the museum within, learning about Kolkata’s colonial past.

02:00 PM: Proceed to Visit Belur Math
Belur Math's serene environment and spiritual significance offer a peaceful retreat. The students explore the shrine dedicated to Swami Vivekananda, absorbing the tranquility and history.

03:00 PM: Snacks & Juice
A refreshing snack break provides the students with energy for their final activities. They enjoy a variety of treats and cool beverages.

03:15 PM: Proceed to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport
The students head to the airport, their minds filled with memories of a remarkable journey.

04:00 PM: Report at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport
At the airport, the students prepare for their departure, reflecting on the incredible experiences and adventures of their trip.

07:55 PM: Departure to Bangalore
As the flight departs, the students say goodbye to Kolkata, taking with them memories of a magical journey filled with discovery and excitement.

10:35 PM: Arrival at Bangalore International Airport
The students arrive back in Bangalore, their hearts and minds enriched by the incredible journey through Darjeeling, Mirik, Siliguri, and Kolkata.

THE GIVEN RATE FOR THE LAND PACKAGE IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR NEXT 20 DAYS.

 

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows you to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: Local transportation by private A/c coach. Buffet Breakfast, buffet Lunch, buffet Dinner, Morning and Evening light snacks, Guide Charges, State Taxes, Sightseeing, General Entrance Fees as per the Programme, Stay at hotels on four sharing basis (1 king size bed with 1 extra mattress), Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip.

 THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE: Air fare, Any Expenses of Personal Nature, Laundry Expenses and sightseeing or Activities not mentioned in the package. Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.Anything which is not included in the inclusion.

SPECIAL NOTE

In the event of flight booking or train booking it is advisable not to wait more than 24 hours for booking flight or train as there is dynamic change in the pricing and no provisions are available for blocking tickets. So I request your good self to kindly forward the name list of the students and teachers travelling along with a non-refundable advance of Rs. 250/- per head for packages where train booking is applicable and Rs. 3000/- per head for packages where flight tickets to be booked

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

1) 25 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

2)20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

3)15 days to 19 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

4)10 days to 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

5)9 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable

*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked

POSTPONEMENT POLICY:

If due to any reason the group tour is postponed to the next/forthcoming vacation, an additional postponement charges over and above the tour cost will be applicable

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkoutwill be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late check out, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
