DAY 01: BANGALORE – DELHI - NAINITAL

07:00 AM: Departure to Delhi by morning flight

09:45 AM: Arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi
Landing in the bustling city of Delhi, the students are greeted by the vibrant energy of the capital. They board a private coach, ready for the journey ahead.

10:30 AM: Transfer from Delhi to Nainital
The scenic drive to Nainital begins, with lush green landscapes unfolding outside the windows. The journey is punctuated by the excitement of new discoveries.

12:30 PM: Enroute Buffet Lunch
A delightful buffet lunch is served at a charming stop, where the students refuel with a variety of flavors, savoring each bite amidst picturesque surroundings.

06:00 PM: Arrival at Nainital
The evening brings a serene arrival in Nainital, where the cool mountain air and stunning vistas welcome the students to their picturesque retreat.

06:30 PM: Check In @ Hotel
The students check into their cozy hotel, their home for the next few days, where comfort and relaxation await.

07:30 PM: Campfire with Music

08:30 PM: Buffet Dinner

DAY 02: NAINITAL

08:30 AM: Visit Cave Garden
The students delve into the mystical Cave Garden, where they explore a labyrinth of natural rock formations and marvel at nature’s hidden wonders.

10:30 AM: Visit Snow View Point
The students take a cable car ride to Snow View Point, where they are greeted by breathtaking views of snow-capped peaks and panoramic vistas.

02:00 PM: Visit Lover’s Point

DAY 03: NAINITAL - JIM CORBETT

A nutritious breakfast fuels the students for their journey to Jim Corbett, providing a variety of options to start the day.

08:30 AM: Checkout & Proceed for Nainital Local Sightseeing
The students check out of their hotel and embark on a final round of local sightseeing in Nainital.

09:30 AM: Visit Naina Peak
The trek to Naina Peak offers panoramic views of the Himalayas, rewarding the students with breathtaking scenery and a sense of accomplishment.

10:30 AM: Visit Astronomical Observatory

DAY 04: JIM CORBETT - DELHI

06:00 AM: Jeep Safari
The students embark on a thrilling jeep safari, with the chance to glimpse the majestic Royal Bengal Tigers and other wildlife in their natural habitat.

09:30 AM: Breakfast
After the safari, a hearty breakfast at the resort provides the perfect start to the day.

10:30 AM: Checkout
The group checks out of the resort and begins their journey back to Delhi.

11:00 AM: Transfer to Delhi

DAY 05: DELHI – BANGALORE

A final breakfast in Delhi provides a variety of options to start the day before heading out for sightseeing.

08:00 AM: Checkout and Proceed for Local Sightseeing
The students check out and head out for a day of exploration in the capital city.

09:00 AM: Visit Akshardham Temple
The Akshardham Temple’s grandeur and intricate carvings captivate the students, blending spirituality with architectural marvels.

12:30 PM: Lunch
A delightful lunch offers a variety of options, providing the energy needed for the final leg of the journey.

02:30 PM: Visit Qutub Minar
The historic Qutub Minar stands tall, and the students explore its rich history and architectural beauty.

03:45 PM: Transfer to Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi
The group heads to IGI Airport, ready to board their flight back to Bangalore.

04:30 PM: Check In Formalities at Airport
Students complete their check-in formalities, preparing for their departure.

07:30 PM: Departure to Bangalore
As evening falls, the flight departs for Bangalore, concluding an unforgettable journey.

09:45 PM: Arrival at Bangalore
Landing back in Bangalore, the students return home with cherished memories and stories from their incredible adventure.

THE GIVEN RATE FOR THE LAND PACKAGE IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR NEXT 20 DAYS.

 

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows you to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

The Tour Cost Includes: Transport private ac coach  buffet Breakfast, buffet Lunch, buffet Dinner, Morning and Evening light snacks, Guide Charges, State Taxes, Sightseeing, General Entrance Fees as per the Programme, Stay at hotels on four sharing basis (1 king size bed with 1 extra mattress), Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip

 The Tour cost does not include: Air fare, Any Expenses of Personal Nature, Laundry Expenses and sightseeing or Activities not mentioned in the package. Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure. Anything  which is not included in the inclusion.

SPECIAL NOTE

In the event of flight booking or train booking it is advisable not to wait more than 24 hours for booking flight or train as there is dynamic change in the pricing and no provisions are available for blocking tickets. So I request your good self to kindly forward the name list of the students and teachers travelling along with a non refundable advance of Rs. 250/- per head for packages where train booking is applicable and Rs. 3000/- per head for packages where flight tickets to be booked

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

1) 25 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

2)20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

3)15 days to 19 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

4)10 days to 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

5)9 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable

*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked

POSTPONEMENT POLICY:

If due to any reason the group tour is postponed to the next/forthcoming vacation, an additional postponement charges over and above the tour cost will be applicable

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY:

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late check out, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
