DAY 04: MAHABALESHWAR After breakfast, Proceed to visit Mahabaleshwar local sightseeing. Venna Lake - The Lake which is spread over an area of 28 acres and its average depth is 10 feet. The lake is fed by repeated springs. The area encircling the lake is full of flowers and greenery. The lake was constructed by Shri Appasaheb Maharj, who was Raja of Satara in the year 1842. It’s a best tourist attraction as it has boating facilities and stalls for games. MALCOM POINT, as the name says it’s a small about 2 x 2 square meters natural spring water tank were Tigers comes to drink water during nights. WINDOW POINT - Window Point is the first point, situated below the Arthur's Seat. HUNTER POINT - Hunter point is one of such attractions, which is situated within the boundaries of the main town. The Tour Cost Includes: Transport private ac coach and in hill area [Travellers /Tata Sumo], buffet Breakfast, buffet Lunch, buffet Dinner, Morning and Evening light snacks, Guide Charges, State Taxes, Sightseeing, General Entrance Fees as per the Programme, Stay at hotels on four sharing basis (1 king size bed with 1 extra mattress), Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip
The Tour cost does not include: Air fare, Any Expenses of Personal Nature, Laundry Expenses and sightseeing or Activities not mentioned in the package. Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure. Anything which is not included in the inclusion.
SPECIAL NOTE
In the event of flight booking or train booking it is advisable not to wait more than 24 hours for booking flight or train as there is dynamic change in the pricing and no provisions are available for blocking tickets. So I request your good self to kindly forward the name list of the students and teachers travelling along with a non refundable advance of Rs. 250/- per head for packages where train booking is applicable and Rs. 3000/- per head for packages where flight tickets to be booked
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.
1) 25 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable
2)20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable
3)15 days to 19 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable
4)10 days to 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable
5)9 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable
*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked
POSTPONEMENT POLICY:
If due to any reason the group tour is postponed to the next/forthcoming vacation, an additional postponement charges over and above the tour cost will be applicable
CHECK IN/OUT POLICY:
Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late check out, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
