Students gather in the early hours, excited and prepared for an unforgettable learning journey.

They arrive at a serene, eco-friendly resort surrounded by nature’s splendour.

08:00 AM – Buffet Breakfast

A hearty breakfast energizes students for the adventure ahead.

09:00 AM – Nature Trek (Easy to Moderate Level)

A scenic trek introduces students to environmental sustainability and biodiversity.

CRAZY HOLIDAYS BOOKING PROCEDURE:
Step 1:
 Finalize itinerary and travel dates. Contact your Crazy Holidays executive to confirm availability.
Step 2: Upon confirmation, a payment circular will be sent to the school, along with "Track My Tour" login details.
Step 3: Once student registrations are complete, the final detailed itinerary will be shared.
Step 4: Necessary documents (on school letterhead) to be shared and collected by the school’s tour coordinator.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of the children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

RULES & REGULATIONS:

Students are advised to carry their own swimming costume (compulsory for the use of swimming Pool-Synthetic/ Nylon), Extra Pair of Clothes for Rain Dance, Badminton Rackets, Football, Bat and Other Playing Equipments Etc.

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

We request you to exclude Thursdays, Fridays & previous day of any Government Holidays, since resorts/ water and amusement parks will be over crowded and we will not be in a position to guarantee any exclusivity during those days.

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49 Seater Non-AC Coach), Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers.

THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE: The above package doesn`t include Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”...

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Extra staff will be charged @ Adult’s Rate

TRANSPORT:

For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49 seater deluxe coach or one 35 seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of Pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate.

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Billing will be based on “STUDENTS PAID OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”. 

BREAKAGES:

For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.

EXCLUSIVITY

The above resorts are not guaranteeing any kind of “EXCLUSIVITY” unless and until there is a minimum guarantee of 800 members for the day picnic and the exclusivity had been confirmed by the resort.
