09:00 AM - DEPARTURE FROM SCHOOL AFTER OWN BREAKFAST

Begin the day's adventure with a departure from school, having enjoyed breakfast at home, ready for the exciting journey ahead.

10:00 AM - VISIT PRANI - THE PET SANCTUARY

Arrive at Prani - The Pet Sanctuary, where children will discover a world of furry friends and exotic animals, immersing themselves in a unique and enriching experience.

10:15 AM - INTERACTION PROGRAMME WITH ANIMALS

Engage in an interactive program with the animals at the sanctuary, learning about their habitats, behaviors, and conservation efforts, fostering a deeper appreciation for wildlife.

11:30 AM - QUIZ COMPETITION & PRIZE FOR THE WINNERS

Participate in a fun and educational quiz competition, where knowledge meets excitement, and winners are rewarded for their achievements.

12:00 PM – LUNCH

Enjoy a delicious lunch, recharging for the afternoon's activities and exploration at Pyramid Valley.

01:00 PM – DEPART TO PYRAMID VALLEY

After the break, embark on a serene journey to Pyramid Valley, a tranquil retreat known for its impressive pyramid-shaped meditation center and peaceful ambiance.

01:30 PM - VISIT PYRAMID VALLEY

Reach the tranquil Pyramid Valley, home to an impressive pyramid-shaped meditation center, ready to explore its peaceful surroundings and spiritual teachings.

02:30 PM - DEPARTURE

Bid farewell to the pyramid valley, carrying with your memories of a day filled with learning, fun, and memorable interaction.

04:00 PM - ARRIVAL AT SCHOOL

Return to school, enriched with new experiences, knowledge, and fond memories of a day well spent.

KINDLY SUBMIT THE FINAL NUMBER OF STUDENTS REGISTERED DETAILS LATEST BY 3 WORKING DAYS BEFORE THE DEPARTURE DATE.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of their children during the trip.

NB: We will be taking only group photographs. Before uploading photos and videos, it will be verified by our backend team. Also, a copy of the group photographs will be shared to the school as a memento.

If you do not wish to utilize in this facility, kindly inform us via email neha@crazyholidays.in

RULES & REGULATIONS:

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

We request you to exclude Thursdays, Fridays & previous day of any Government Holidays, since resorts/ water and amusement parks will be overcrowded and we will not be in a position to guarantee any exclusivity during those days.

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49-Seater Non-AC Coach), , ENTRY FEES Lunch, Snacks, and Service of Our Tour Managers.

THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE:  The above package doesn`t include Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Extra staff will be charged @ Adult’s Rate

TRANSPORT:

For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49-seater deluxe coach or one 35-seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate.

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

BILLING WILL BE BASED ON “STUDENTS PAID/REGISTERED FOR THE PROGRAMME (MINIMUM GUARANTEE) OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”. 

NB: TO PAY MINIMUM GUARANTEE IS COMPULSORY AS WE ARE CONFIRMING THE SAME NUMBERS TO THE VENDORS 

BREAKAGES:

For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.
