DAY 1: BANGALORE - NAGPUR

WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE!

03:30 AM: Report at the Bangalore International Airport

Proceed to the Flight Check in Formalities (Group Check in & Security Check in).All passengers must MANDATORY Carry their ORIGINAL GOVERNMENT ID CARDS, PASSPORTS for Security Check In.

05:00 AM: Departure From Bangalore To NAGPUR

Board your flight from Bangalore to Kochi. It’s an early start, but the excitement of the trip will keep everyone energized for the adventure ahead.

06:40 AM: Arrival at Nagpur Airport & Snacks En-Route

A warm welcome by the Crazy Holidays team and transfer to the Hotel near Pench.
(Approx. 2 hours) with snacks served en route for refreshment.

09:00 AM: Check-In And Freshen Up At The Hotel

Upon arrival students will check in, receive their room assignments, and have time to freshen up, relax, and prepare for the exciting adventures and learning experiences ahead.

10:30 AM – 1:30 PM: Forest Walk & Wildlife Movement Session

An expert naturalist will lead an interactive session on forest ecosystems and the rich biodiversity of Pench. Students will be introduced to key species of flora and fauna, the unique wildlife movement patterns, and their ecological roles..

02:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Lunch

Traditional and local cuisine will be served, featuring farm-fresh ingredients.

03:30 PM - 4:30 PM: Jungle Exploration And Observation

After lunch, students will go on a guided nature walk around the periphery of the jungle to observe plant species and birdlife, learning about the forest layers, the food chain, and the interdependence between plants and animals.

05:00 PM: Snacks & Juice

Enjoy refreshing snacks and juice, offering a light and energizing break.

05:15 PM - 6:10 PM: Nature Documentary Viewing

After returning, students will watch an engaging documentary showcasing the diverse flora and fauna of Pench. This will be followed by a brief discussion to deepen their understanding of the park's ecosystem.

7:30 PM - 8:30 PM: Dinner

A relaxing meal with students sharing their first impressions of the forest.

09:00 PM: Retire For The Day

The students will stay at Pench Jungle Lodge (or similar eco-friendly accommodation), offering a comfortable, immersive experience in the heart of nature.

DAY 2: SAFARI & WORKSHOP

5:30 AM - 6:30 AM: Early Morning Safari

Rise early for a thrilling jeep safari into Pench Tiger Reserve. Keep an eye out for tigers, leopards, deer, wild boars, and the numerous bird species. The guide will help identify animals and explain their roles in the ecosystem.

7:00 AM - 8:00 AM: Breakfast


After the exciting safari, students will enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel, featuring a variety of local and continental dishes

9:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Handmade Paper Workshop

Head to a local village where students will witness how handmade paper is crafted from recycled materials. They will participate in the process and learn how this sustainable practice supports the local economy.

2:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Nature Walk on the Fringes of the Forest

Accompanied by an expert, students will explore the edge of the reserve, where forest meets farmland. This will help them understand the concept of forest boundaries and the coexistence of nature with human settlements.

Students will actively participate in planting saplings in a designated area as part of the local reforestation project. This activity will highlight the importance of forest regeneration.

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch

A final trip meal together, where students reflect on their journey, sharing memories and insights gained throughout the trip.

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

2) 20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable
