  • Activity: "Eco-Warrior Beach Cleanup & Sustainability Circle"- Students participate in a guided beach cleanup drive, collecting litter while learning about ocean pollution and the role of individual action. o Followed by a Sorting & Recycling Demonstration, where students categorize collected waste and understand the basics of recycling. o End with a short "Sustainability Circle" discussion, where students share ecofriendly habits, they can adopt in daily life. Each student receives an Eco-Warrior certificate for their participation.

With hearts full of unforgettable memories and minds enriched by new knowledge, they reunite with their parents, eager to share their stories, discoveries, and adventures from a journey that blended learning with fun.

Step 1: Once you finalize the itinerary and travel dates of your choice, please contact our executive to confirm availability.

Step 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded. Optional facility An online presentation will be conducted for parents.

Step 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized, Crazy Holidays will schedule the pre-departure meeting with the school.

Step 4: During the pre-departure meeting, complete awareness about the tour will be provided to both students and parents, including project specifications, what to carry and details about the “Track My Tour” feature.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows parents to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

1. As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the full amount of train fare and 25% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmed from the students which is nonrefundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
