Discovering how landscapes, living organisms, and scientific principles shape the world around us.

In the cool hills of Yercaud, students enter a vibrant outdoor classroom where every lake, forest trail, and panoramic viewpoint reveals a new lesson. Through observation, exploration, and reflection, they learn to see nature not simply as scenery, but as a living system filled with scientific and cultural significance.


DAY 1 – INTO THE HILLS OF DISCOVERY


06:00 AM – Departure from Bangalore City by Private AC Coach

As students leave the city behind, they embark on a purposeful expedition into the misty hills of Yercaud, where science, nature, and discovery converge.


07:30 AM – Breakfast En Route

A wholesome breakfast served during the journey.


11:00 AM – Snacks & Juice

Light refreshments to energize students.


12:00 PM – Arrival in Yercaud, Check-In at Hotel and Buffet Lunch (Approx. 230 km | 6 Hours from Bangalore)

Students arrive in the tranquil hill station of Yercaud, surrounded by forests, coffee estates, and sweeping valleys that set the stage for immersive learning.


02:00 PM – 04:00 PM – Visit to Yercaud Lake and Boating (3 km | 10 Minutes)

“Where floating becomes the first lesson in the science of motion.”

On the calm waters of Yercaud Lake, students witness principles of buoyancy and balance in action. The lake becomes a living laboratory where science reveals itself through experience.

Refreshments served after boating.


04:30 PM – 05:30 PM – Visit to Deer Park (1 km | 5 Minutes)

At Deer Park, students observe how animals are uniquely adapted to their habitats and gain a deeper appreciation for conservation and coexistence.


07:30 PM – Return to the Hotel

Time to relax and refresh.


08:00 PM – Traditional Tamil Nadu Dinner

“The flavors of a region carry the wisdom of its land.”

Students enjoy an authentic Tamil Nadu dinner featuring dishes such as Sambar Rice, Lemon Rice, Vegetable Poriyal, Appalam, and Kesari.

This culinary experience introduces students to the agricultural richness and cultural heritage of Tamil Nadu, demonstrating how food traditions evolve from geography, climate, and community.


09:00 PM – Campfire & Reflection Circle

Through songs, storytelling, and guided reflection, students share insights and strengthen friendships.

Rest and preparation for another day of exploration.


DAY 2 – VIEWS THAT EXPAND PERSPECTIVES

Students listen to birdsong, observe leaves and insects, and sharpen their powers of observation in the fresh mountain air.

09:00 AM – 11:00 AM – Visit to Pagoda Point (8 km | 25 Minutes)

“From great heights, students learn to see the world in broader perspective.”

At Pagoda Point, panoramic views of valleys and hills inspire awe while reinforcing concepts of geography, elevation, and landscape formation.

Light refreshments during the excursion.


11:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Visit to Lady's Seat and Gents Seat (4 km | 15 Minutes)

These iconic viewpoints reveal how hill stations once served as retreats and how geography shaped cultural history and settlement patterns.


12:30 PM – Return to the Hotel (4 km | 15 Minutes)

Time to prepare for departure.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
