Through guided visits to historic forts, serene beaches, magnificent churches, and a unique aviation museum, students will engage in hands-on activities that spark curiosity and creativity. Each location is paired with a learning focus—from understanding coastal defence and colonial architecture to exploring marine ecosystems and environmental responsibility. Students will sketch, reflect, and explore using their senses, building stronger observation skills, teamwork, and a deeper appreciation for history, science, and nature.

 

DAY 1: BANGALORE TO GOA

DAY 2: NORTH GOA

04:00 AM: Arrival at Goa and check in at hotel Neelam's The Grand Calangute or similar category hotel

09:30 AM: Explore AGUADA FORT

  • Learning Focus: Explore how forts were designed to protect coastal areas and understand the historical significance of Portuguese architecture and maritime strategy in India.
  • Activity: “Time Travelers: Discovering Coastal Defence and Colonial History"– Each one sketches a simple fort on paper, choosing where they'd place lookouts, water sources, and storage if they were defending a coastline.
  • What to Carry: Notebook, pencil/pen, sketches.

03:00 PM: CALANGUTE BEACH (Students are free to enjoy water sports @ their own expense)

  • Learning Focus: Geography of coastal regions, human impact on marine ecosystems, and the importance of sustainability in protecting our environment.
  • Activity: "Eco-Warrior Beach Cleanup & Sustainability Circle"- Students participate in a guided beach cleanup drive, collecting litter while learning about ocean pollution and the role of individual action. o Followed by a Sorting & Recycling Demonstration, where students categorize collected waste and understand the basics of recycling. o End with a short "Sustainability Circle" discussion, where students share ecofriendly habits, they can adopt in daily life. Each student receives an Eco-Warrior certificate for their participation.
  • What to Carry: Notebook, pencil/pen.

DAY 3: NORTH GOA

  • Learning Focus: Enjoy playing at the beach with friends.
  • Activity: “Beach Games & Free Play’- Enjoy safe, supervised beach games like frisbee, beach ball toss, sandcastle building, and relay races. Laughter fills the air as they splash at the shoreline and feel the waves tickle their toes.
  • What to Carry: Notebook, pencil/pen.

  • Learning Focus: To explore how the Old Goa churches reflect the blend of art, architecture, and religious history, encouraging them to think about the importance of preserving heritage.
  • Activity: "Heritage Passport Challenge"- Noting 3 unique things they see inside the church (e.g., vaulted ceilings, tombs, altars, artwork).
  • What to Carry: Notebook, pencil/pen.

  • Learning Focus: To observe the transition from day to night on the water, reflect on changes in light, sound, and activity, and appreciate Goa’s River culture through music, dance, and natural beauty.
  • Activity: "Sunset Sense Log + Culture Snapshots"-After the cruise, they write a short reflection:
    “If I could bottle this moment, what would I remember most?” along with sunset sketching.
  • What to Carry: Notebook, pencil/pen, Sketches.

DAY 4: NORTH / SOUTH GOA

  • Learning Focus: To connect with nature through a peaceful beach walk, fostering mindfulness.
  • Activity: “Beach Walk & Observation”- Students take a guided walk along the beach to observe the shoreline, waves, shells, crabs, birds, and any litter.
  • What to Carry: Nothing needed.

04:00 PM: Visit Indian Naval Aviation Museum

  • Learning Focus: To discover how aircraft are used in naval defence, understand basic flight principles, and appreciate the role of the Indian Navy in protecting our coasts.
  • Activity: "Mission: Flight Detective!"- Spot 3 different aircraft and sketch one of them and Match at least 2 displayed planes to their purpose (rescue, combat, training, etc.).
  • What to Carry: Notebook, pencil/pen, Sketches.

05:30 PM: Visit Bogmallo Beach

  • Learning Focus: Let them enjoy sitting calm & feel the serenity.
  • Activity: " Mini Reflection Circle”-Sitting together in a circle, students share one thing they learned and one moment they enjoyed. They can also think of one way to protect beaches and marine life.
  • What to Carry: Nothing needed.

DAY 5: BANGALORE

Each moment—from the quiet sunrise walks to the vibrant sunset cruise—will nurture creativity, curiosity, and confidence.

Step 1: Once you finalize the itinerary and travel dates of your choice, please contact our executive to confirm availability.

Step 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded. Optional facility an online presentation will be conducted for parents.

Step 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized, Crazy Holidays will schedule the pre-departure meeting with the school.

Step 4: During the pre-departure meeting, complete awareness about the tour will be provided to both students and parents, including project specifications, what to carry and details about the “Track My Tour” feature.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows parents to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and  Dinner, Guide Charges, Sightseeing, State Taxes, General Entrance Fee as per the Programme, Stay at hotels on sharing basis, Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers.

THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE:  The above package doesn`t include Any expense of personal nature (like professional still camera or video camera, porter charges, laundry expenses, phone calls, water sports, food and beverage not included in the package, usages of mini bar in the hotel), Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”.

1. As this is NOT THE FINAL ITINERARY at the time of confirmation, kindly ask the marketing executive to check the availability of all the services as specified in this itinerary i.e., (TRAIN/FLIGHT/COACHES/HOTELS/ENTRY TO MONUMENTS, FARMS, RESORTS ETC) based on the period of travel and to submit the FINAL ITINERARY.

2. As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the full amount of train fare and 25% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmed from the students which is nonrefundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
