EXPERIENTIAL JOURNEY | 2 Days | 1 Night |

A Curated Experiential Journey by Crazy Holidays

LEARNING THEME

Designed for premium institutions, this programme blends adventure, ecology, history, reflection, and experiential

DAY 1 – ARRIVAL INTO THE WILDERNESS

THEME: “Awakening Leadership through Nature & Challenge

05:30 AM – Departure from School

The journey begins long before the destination arrives.

As the city slowly fades behind them, students step into a world designed beyond textbooks — a world where curiosity replaces routine and every mile travelled opens a new perspective. The road to Sakleshpur becomes the first chapter of transformation.

07:30 AM – Breakfast Enroute

A refreshing pause before the mountains welcome young explorers.

Over breakfast, conversations begin to shift from classrooms and exams to anticipation, discovery, and adventure — setting the tone for a meaningful shared experience.

12:00 PM – Arrival at Stone Valley Resort, Sakleshpur (Approx. 250 km | 6 hrs from Bangalore)

“Where the Western Ghats whisper lessons in resilience, balance, and coexistence.”

Nestled amidst mist-covered hills, coffee estates, and untouched greenery, Sakleshpur offers more than scenic beauty — it offers perspective. Here, students experience the calming rhythm of nature while understanding the importance of preserving fragile ecosystems that shape our planet’s future.

01:00 PM – Buffet Lunch & Programme Orientation

Every great expedition begins with purpose.

Students are introduced to the journey ahead through a thoughtfully curated orientation that builds excitement, responsibility, teamwork, and a sense of belonging within the group.

02:30 PM – Adventure Activities at the Resort

Zip line | Rope Activities | Team Challenges | Swimming Activities

“Growth begins at the edge of comfort.”

High above the ground and beyond hesitation, students discover courage in motion. Every rope crossed and every leap taken becomes a metaphor for overcoming fear, building confidence, and trusting one another.

The adventure arena transforms into a dynamic leadership laboratory where communication, teamwork, strategic thinking, emotional resilience, and collaboration naturally emerge through experience rather than instruction.

05:30 PM – Evening Snacks & Refreshments

Moments of pause often create the deepest connections.

As evening settles across the valley, students unwind amidst cool mountain air, reflecting on a day filled with courage, laughter, and achievement.

06:30 PM – Bonfire & Interactive Storytelling Session

Theme: “Humanity, Nature & Responsibility”

“Under the stars, stories become lessons that remain for life.”

Gathered around the warmth of the bonfire, students immerse themselves in stories inspired by Sakleshpur’s landscapes, local legends, and the delicate relationship between humans and nature.

The evening becomes a powerful space for reflection, empathy, gratitude, and meaningful dialogue — nurturing emotional intelligence and deeper environmental consciousness.

08:00 PM – Buffet Dinner

A shared table. Shared stories. Shared memories.

The dining experience encourages bonding, cultural exchange, and conversations that strengthen friendships beyond classrooms and routines.

09:00 PM – Reflection Circle & Briefing for Day 2

Learning becomes meaningful when experiences are reflected upon.

Students revisit the day’s defining moments, celebrating challenges overcome and insights gained while preparing mentally for the next day’s exploration into history and mountain ecosystems.

09:30 PM – Lights Out & Overnight Stay

The mountains rest. So do future leaders.

Surrounded by the silence of the Western Ghats, students experience the rare luxury of disconnecting from screens and reconnecting with themselves, nature, and meaningful human interaction.

DAY 2 – TREKKING THROUGH HISTORY & ECOLOGY

THEME: “Understanding the Interconnection between Nature, History & Human Ingenuity

06:30 AM – Guided Trekking Experience

“Every trail teaches endurance. Every summit rewards perspective.”

As students ascend through the lush mountain terrain of Sakleshpur, they encounter the living rhythms of the Western Ghats — one of the world’s most significant biodiversity regions.

The trek becomes more than a physical activity; it becomes a journey into environmental awareness, sustainable living, observation, mindfulness, and resilience. Every step forward symbolizes determination, adaptability, and collective support.

08:30 AM – Return to Resort & Breakfast

After conquering the trail, reflection tastes even better.

Breakfast becomes a celebration of perseverance as students recharge while sharing stories of the trek’s challenges, beauty, and discoveries.

10:00 AM – Check-Out & Departure to Manjarabad Fort (Approx. 12 km | 25 mins)

The journey now transitions from natural landscapes to architectural brilliance — connecting ecology, strategy, astronomy, and history within a single unforgettable experience.

11:00 AM – Visit Manjarabad Fort

“Where military genius, geometry, and history converge above the clouds.”

Perched strategically amidst the hills of Sakleshpur, the iconic star-shaped Manjarabad Fort stands as a remarkable example of Tipu Sultan’s visionary engineering and tactical intelligence.

As students explore its symmetrical design, hidden passages, and elevated viewpoints, they witness how geography, science, astronomy, architecture, and warfare once worked together seamlessly.

The fort transforms into a real-world classroom where history becomes tangible and innovation becomes timeless.

12:30 PM – Buffet Lunch & Reflection Session

Great journeys end with deeper understanding.

Students engage in guided reflection, connecting their experiences from the trek, adventure activities, environmental observations, and historical exploration into meaningful personal insights and learning outcomes.

01:30 PM – Departure Back to Bangalore (Approx. 250 km | 6 hrs)

The return journey becomes quieter — not because the excitement has ended, but because every student now carries memories, reflections, and experiences far richer than when they first departed.

03:30 PM – Evening Snacks & Refreshments

A final pause before returning home transformed.

Students continue sharing stories, laughter, and moments that will long outlive the journey itself.

06:30 PM – Arrival at School & Programme Closure

“Students return not just with memories — but with perspective.”

As the journey concludes, students step back into familiar surroundings carrying renewed confidence, stronger friendships, deeper environmental awareness, and a greater understanding of leadership, resilience, and responsible citizenship.

The experience leaves behind more than photographs — it leaves behind growth.
