INTRODUCTION TO THE PROGRAM

This 5-day experiential learning tour from Bangalore to Trivandrum, Kovalam, Ponmudi Hills, and Poovar Backwaters is designed to immerse students in the interconnected worlds of geography, ecology, sustainability, culture, and heritage. Through hands-on field activities, nature treks, cultural explorations, and guided reflections, students build awareness and empathy toward the planet, people, and themselves.

  • Activity: "Eco-Warrior Beach Cleanup & Sustainability Circle"- Students participate in a guided beach cleanup drive, collecting litter while learning about ocean pollution and the role of individual action. o Followed by a Sorting & Recycling Demonstration, where students categorize collected waste and understand the basics of recycling. o End with a short "Sustainability Circle" discussion, where students share ecofriendly habits, they can adopt in daily life. Each student receives an Eco-Warrior certificate for their participation.

5:00 PM: Spiritual Journey at Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple

  • Learning Focus: Appreciate art, architecture, and calmness in sacred spaces.
  • Activity: “Temple Time Reflection” – Students draw temple details and write what they noticed or felt inside.
  • What to Carry: Modest dress, notebook, pencil, socks (temples may require footwear to be removed).

Step 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized, Crazy Holidays will schedule the pre-departure meeting with the school.

Step 4: During the pre-departure meeting, complete awareness about the tour will be provided to both students and parents, including project specifications, what to carry and details about the “Track My Tour” feature.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows parents to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
