This experiential learning programme offers students a unique opportunity to step beyond textbooks and actively engage with history, nature, culture, and teamwork. Set against the lush landscapes of Wayanad and the vibrant coastal charm of Kannur, students embark on a journey filled with discovery, creativity, and reflection—cultivating both knowledge and essential life skills in authentic, real-world settings.

To provide students with a holistic, hands-on learning experience that connects academic concepts to real-life environments through exploration, historical inquiry, physical activities, and collaborative challenges—nurturing curiosity, confidence, and social-emotional development.

About the Programme

Over four days, students explore ancient caves, majestic forts, eco-centres, and coastal ecosystems. They engage in sketching, role-playing, environmental conservation, and team-building activities—all designed to deepen understanding, creativity, and interpersonal growth in a safe and supportive atmosphere.

  • Learning Focus: Geography of coastal regions, human impact on marine ecosystems, and the importance of sustainability in protecting our environment.
  • Activity: "Eco-Warrior Beach Cleanup & Sustainability Circle"- Students participate in a guided beach cleanup drive, collecting litter while learning about ocean pollution and the role of individual action. o Followed by a Sorting & Recycling Demonstration, where students categorize collected waste and understand the basics of recycling. o End with a short "Sustainability Circle" discussion, where students share ecofriendly habits, they can adopt in daily life. Each student receives an Eco-Warrior certificate for their participation.

  • Activity: “Drama Freeze Frames” – In groups, students create a short silent “freeze frame” tableau of a scene (e.g., soldiers preparing for defense, British officers planning). They hold the pose for 10 seconds as others guess the story.

  • Learning Focus: Chronology, historical sequencing
  • Activity: “Arakkal History Hunt” – Students explore the Arakkal Museum and identify key historical events, rulers, or achievements by carefully reading the exhibits. They note down important events and then work in teams to list them in chronological order, discussing their findings and reasoning.
  • What to Carry: Notebook, pencil.

  • Learnin Focus: Animal classification, reptile behavior, ecological roles
  • Activity: “Scaly Superstars”- Students observe different species of snakes and reptiles at the park. Using their notebooks, they choose any 3 reptiles and record their name, habitat, diet, and one unique feature. They then share one fun or surprising fact with their group in a short discussion circle.
  • What to Carry: Notebook, pencil.

Step 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized, Crazy Holidays will schedule the pre-departure meeting with the school.

Step 4: During the pre-departure meeting, complete awareness about the tour will be provided to both students and parents, including project specifications, what to carry and details about the “Track My Tour” feature.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows parents to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

1. As this is NOT THE FINAL ITINERARY at the time of confirmation, kindly ask the marketing executive to check the availability of all the services as specified in this itinerary i.e., (TRAIN/FLIGHT/COACHES/HOTELS/ENTRY TO MONUMENTS, FARMS, RESORTS ETC) based on the period of travel and to submit the FINAL ITINERARY.

2. As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the full amount of train fare and 25% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmed from the students which is nonrefundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
