Introduction to the Program

An immersive 3-day outdoor learning experience that blends nature, adventure, and discovery in the wild beauty of Dandeli. Designed for young learners, this program nurtures curiosity, confidence, and creativity in a natural classroom like no other.

Sentil Rock: 

  • Learning Focus: Understanding natural history and rock formations
  • Activity: "If the Rock Could Talk"- Students observe the rock formation closely and then write a short story or draw a picture imagining the rock as a living character. What has it seen over the years? What would it say to us?
  • What to Carry: Notebook , pen/pencil

Kavala Caves:

  • Learning Focus: Learn about the spiritual and geological importance of Kavala Caves
  • Activity: "Cave Clues – Secrets in the Stone"- Students explore the Kavala Caves and observe the natural rock formations inside (like the Shivalinga-shaped stalagmite). After the visit, they draw what they saw and write 5 interesting facts or thoughts about the cave’s history, shape, or spiritual significance.
  • What to Carry: Notebook , pen/pencil

  • Activity: “Wildlife Trail Map” – Students track and draw observed species, sounds, and signs (like nests or tracks) during the walk/safari.
  • What to Carry: Notebook, pen/pencil, binoculars (optional), cap, water bottle.

Step 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized, Crazy Holidays will schedule the pre-departure meeting with the school.

Step 4: During the pre-departure meeting, complete awareness about the tour will be provided to both students and parents, including project specifications, what to carry and details about the “Track My Tour” feature.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows parents to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Dinner, Guide Charges, Sightseeing, State Taxes, General Entrance Fee as per the Programme, Stay at hotels on sharing basis, Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY:

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
