INTRODUCTION TO THE PROGRAM:
This 3-day experiential learning journey from Bangalore to Hassan, Kemmangundi, and Shimoga is designed for students to discover history, connect with nature, and engage with wildlife through interactive and reflective activities. Each destination is a living classroom, igniting curiosity, promoting teamwork, and cultivating environmental and cultural awareness.

OBJECTIVE:
To develop independent thinkers and responsible citizens by exposing students to real-world learning experiences that enhance their academic, emotional, and social growth.

DAY 01: BANGALORE – HASSAN

06:00 AM: Departure from School to Shravanabelagola.

  • Activity: “History Hunt” – Students reflect on their visit by writing a journal entry about what they learned at Shravanabelagola. They could focus on how the monument has influenced Indian culture, religion, or architecture over the centuries.

  • Activity: “Water Cycle in Action”– Students observe the falls and surrounding mist, then discuss and sketch the stages of the water cycle they see — evaporation, condensation, precipitation, collection.

10:30 AM: Visit Tyavarekoppa lion and Tiger safari

  • Learning Focus: Communication, creative writing, observation.
  • Activity: “Roar Reporters”– Students take on the role of wildlife journalists. After the safari, they write a short news report or record a mock "on-location" report about what they saw, focusing on lion/tiger behavior or conservation messages.

Step 1: Once you finalize the itinerary and travel dates of your choice, please contact our executive to confirm availability.

Step 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded. Optional facility An online presentation will be conducted for parents.

Step 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized, Crazy Holidays will schedule the pre-departure meeting with the school.

Step 4: During the pre-departure meeting, complete awareness about the tour will be provided to both students and parents, including project specifications, what to carry and details about the “Track My Tour” feature.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows parents to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Dinner, Guide Charges, Sightseeing, State Taxes, General Entrance Fee as per the Programme, Stay at hotels on sharing basis, Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers.

As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the full amount of train fare and 25% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmed from the students which is nonrefundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours. CHECK IN/OUT POLICY:

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
