INTRODUCTION TO THE PROGRAM: Welcome to an unforgettable journey of fun, learning, and personal growth! This one-day experiential learning programme combines interactive team-building activities with leisure experiences in a beautiful resort setting, encouraging students to step out of their comfort zone and build essential life skills.

OBJECTIVE: To engage students in hands-on, team-based activities that promote communication, collaboration, creativity, and leadership while offering a balanced blend of adventure and reflection.

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME: This programme is curated by Crazy Holidays, experts in educational travel and experiential learning. Designed with insights from educators and learning psychologists, the event offers structured group activities with defined outcomes, coupled with moments of celebration and relaxation in a safe, student-friendly environment.

07:00 AM - Departure from School
As the first rays of morning light paint the sky, students gather eagerly at school, ready for a day of excitement and growth.

08:30 AM - Arrival at Resort & Buffet Breakfast
Indulge in a delicious buffet breakfast to energize for the day ahead.

09:15 AM - Introduction to Programme & Ice-breaking Session
Facilitators introduce the theme "Compete and Collaborate", aligning expectations and goals.

09:45 AM – Split into Two Groups

A structured series of interactive challenges designed to:

11:00 AM – Group Shuffle
All students rotate to experience both learning and leisure in equal measure.

12:30 PM – Buffet Lunch
Recharge with a delicious lunch offering multi-cuisine options.

01:30 PM – Continue Remaining Activities or Talent Hunt
Students either finish pending activities or express themselves creatively through a vibrant talent hunt.

02:30 PM – Dance with DJ David Cool
Celebrate the day with a DJ-led dance session that promotes joyful movement and expression.

03:30 PM – Evening Snacks
Light refreshments to wrap up the day.

04:00 PM – Departure to School
Bidding farewell with laughter, lessons, and lasting memories.

05:45 PM – Arrival at School
Back to school with stories, skills, and smiles.

CRAZY HOLIDAYS BOOKING PROCEDURE:
Step 1: Once you finalize the itinerary and travel dates of your choice, please contact our executive to confirm availability.
Step 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded, along with Track My Tour details.
Step 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized, we will share a revised final itinerary for the programme.
Step 4: Share required documents for the programme & collect the necessary documents from the school tour coordinator (on school letterhead).

COMPLIMENTARY RATIO FOR STUDENT: TEACHER {INCLUDING NON-TEACHING STAFF} 25:01

Kindly submit the final number of students registered details latest by 3 working days before the departure date.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of their children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

RULES & REGULATIONS:
Students are advised to carry their own swimming costume (compulsory for the use of swimming Pool-Synthetic/ Nylon), Extra Pair of Clothes for Rain Dance, Badminton Rackets, Football, Bat and Other Playing Equipments Etc. 


Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

We request you to exclude Thursdays, Fridays & previous day of any Government Holidays, since resorts/ water and amusement parks will be over crowded and we will not be in a position to guarantee any exclusivity during those days. 

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49 Seater Non-AC Coach), Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers. EXCEPT FOR STAND ALONE PROGRAMME OF PRANIANDMODEL VILLAGE IT DEPENDS ON THE TYPE OF OPTION SELECTED
THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE: The above package doesn`t include Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”...
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Extra staff will be charged @ Adult’s Rate 

TRANSPORT:
For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49 seater deluxe coach or one 35 seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of Pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate. 

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Billing will be based on “STUDENTS PAID OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”.  
BREAKAGES:
For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.
EXCLUSIVITY
The above resorts are not guaranteeing any kind of “EXCLUSIVITY” unless and until there is a minimum guarantee of 800 members for the day picnic and the exclusivity had been confirmed by the resort.
