05:00 AM – Reporting at School (with Packed Breakfast)
Students assemble at school, excited and ready for an adventurous day.

05:15 AM – Departure from School
The journey begins towards Devarayana Durga Hills, filled with music, laughter, and anticipation.

07:00 AM – Breakfast En Route
Students enjoy breakfast in the bus while the rising sun sets the tone for a day of exploration.

07:15 AM – Arrival & Orientation at Base Point
Orientation on trek route, safety instructions, eco-guidelines, and activity briefings by professional instructors.

07:30 AM – Pre-Trek Energy Snacks
Nutritious snacks provided to energize students before the climb.

08:00 AM – Start of Devarayana Durga Trek
The guided trek begins through scenic forest trails, boulders, and temple paths. Students participate in reflective and collaborative activities during the trek

11:30 AM – Return to Base Point
Students complete the descent, sharing reflections and memorable moments.

12:00 AM – Departure to School

STEP 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded Along with the track my tour details.

STEP 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized will be sharing a revised final itinerary for the programmes.

STEP 4: Sharing required documents for the programme & collecting from the school tour coordinator {in school letter head}.

COMPLIMENTARY RATIO FOR STUDENT: TEACHER {INCLUDING NON-TEACHING STAFF} 20:01

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of the children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.
