DAY 01: BANGALORE – JODHPUR

04:00 AM: Reporting at Bangalore International Airport

07:00 AM: Departure from Bangalore International Airport to Jodhpur (Based on Scheduled Time) (Breakfast will be provided on board)

09:25 AM: Arrival at Jodhpur Airport

Upon landing in Jodhpur, the students are greeted by the city's charm and warm hospitality, setting the stage for an incredible exploration.

10:00 AM: Proceed for Jodhpur sightseeing:

Mehrangarh Fort

  • Learning Focus: Understanding Rajput architecture, design features, and defense strategies.
  • Activity: “Fort Detectives” Observation Challenge – Students explore the fort and look for examples of: Defensive features (thick walls, gates, cannon marks), Architectural beauty (carvings, jharokhas, courtyards) and Cultural elements (paintings, royal artifacts, musical instruments).
  • What to Carry: Notebook and pencil/pen.

Jaswant Thada

  • Learning Focus: Artistic marble craftsmanship and royal remembrance.
  • Activity: “Pattern Hunt” Find the Marble Stories - Students quietly explore the monument and look for patterns. Each student selects one pattern, Each student selects one pattern and writes a short line on what it might symbolize (e.g., purity, peace, eternity).
  • What to Carry: Small notebook or drawing sheet and Pencil/pen.

11:30 AM – Refreshments (Snacks & Juice) will be provided

12:30 PM – Buffet Lunch at the hotel

01:00 PM – Check-in and freshen up

02:30 PM: Continue sightseeing in Jodhpur:

Umaid Bhawan Palace and Museum

  • Learning Focus: Learn about Indo-Deco style – a blend of Indian and Art Deco architectural elements.
  • Activity: Understand & discuss how the palace was built during a famine (1929–1943) as a drought-relief project that provided employment

Clock Tower & Sardar Market

  • Learning Focus: Local trade, traditional crafts, and community life.
  • Activity: Enjoy local handicrafts, spices, and colourful Rajasthani textiles.

06:00 PM – Return to hotel and relax

07:30 PM – Buffet Dinner at hotel

08:30 PM – Debriefing and briefing for the next day’s schedule

09:30 PM – Overnight stay at Jodhpur

DAY 02: JOURNEY THROUGH HERITAGE – JODHPUR TO JAISALMER

06:00 AM – Wake-up and freshen up

07:30 AM – Buffet Breakfast at hotel

08:30 AM – Check-out and depart for Jaisalmer

11:00 AM – En-route refreshments (Snacks & Juice)

12:30 PM – Visit Jaisalmer War Museum

  • Learning Focus:  Understanding India's military history, with emphasis on Indo-Pak conflicts and defence strategies.
  • Activity: Timeline creation and reflection on stories of bravery.
  • What to Carry: Notebook, pen.

01:30 PM – Buffet Lunch at Jaisalmer restaurant

02:30 PM – Proceed to Desert Camp

03:30 PM onwards – Enjoy desert adventure and activities:

Jeep Safari on the sand dunes & Camel Ride at sunset

  • Learning Focus: Understanding desert ecosystems, traditional desert lifestyles, and how people adapt to arid environments while experiencing the beauty and thrill of the Thar Desert.

06:00 PM – Cultural evening featuring Rajasthani folk dance and puppet show

07:30 PM – Campfire gathering

08:30 PM – Traditional Rajasthani Dinner

09:30 PM – Overnight stay at Jaisalmer Desert Camp

DAY 03: JAISALMER TO BANGALORE

06:00 AM – Wake-up and freshen up

07:30 AM – Breakfast at the camp

08:30 AM – Check-out and proceed for sightseeing

09:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Explore the architectural gems of Jaisalmer:

Jaisalmer Fort (Sonar Quila)

  • Learning Focus: Understanding urban planning in medieval desert towns and significance of sandstone architecture.
  • Activity:  Students will explore the inner layout of Jaisalmer Fort to understand how it functioned and identifying eco-friendly traditional practices used in design.
  • What to Carry: Notebook, Pen & Pencil.

Patwon Ki Haveli

  • Learning Focus: Exploring Traditional Rajasthani haveli architecture.
  • Activity:  Identify 5–7 unique carvings or motifs on the haveli and guess their meaning (e.g., floral patterns, animals, religious symbols).
  • What to Carry: Notebook & Pen

12:30 PM – Buffet Lunch at Jaisalmer

01:30 PM – Proceed to Jaisalmer Airport

02:00 PM – Report at Jaisalmer Airport

04:35 PM – Departure to Bangalore by Flight

07:25 PM – Arrival at Kempegowda International Airport, Bangalore

PLEASE NOTE, THE MENTIONED HANDS-ON ACTIVITIES ARE OPTIONAL. SCHOOL CAN SELECT ANY ONE OR TWO ACTIVITIES EACH DAY BASED ON THE LEARNING REQUIREMENTS.

Step 1: Once you finalize the itinerary and travel dates of your choice, please contact our executive to confirm availability.

Step 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded. Optional facility An online presentation will be conducted for parents.

Step 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized, Crazy Holidays will schedule the pre-departure meeting with the school.

Step 4: During the pre-departure meeting, complete awareness about the tour will be provided to both students and parents, including project specifications, what to carry and details about the “Track My Tour” feature.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows parents to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of the children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

NB: In the event of not receiving any instruction to RESTRICT by email.....will be considered as an APPROVAL on behalf of the school.

 

 

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of  Local Transport Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and  Dinner, Guide Charges, Sightseeing, State Taxes, General Entrance Fee as per the Programme, Stay at hotels on sharing basis, Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers.

THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE:  The above package doesn`t include Any expense of personal nature (like professional still camera or video camera, porter charges, laundry expenses, phone calls, water sports, food and beverage not included in the package, usages of mini bar in the hotel), Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”.

1. As this is NOT THE FINAL ITINERARY at the time of confirmation, kindly ask the marketing executive to check the availability of all the services as specified in this itinerary i.e., (TRAIN/FLIGHT/COACHES/HOTELS/ENTRY TO MONUMENTS, FARMS, RESORTS ETC) based on the period of travel and to submit the FINAL ITINERARY.

2. As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the full amount of train fare and 25% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmed from the students which is nonrefundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
