The SEWA & SUPW Programme is a 3-day immersive experience at Amegundi Resorts designed to foster social responsibility, empathy, and sustainable action among students. Participants engage in village outreach, cultural exchange, clean-up drives, plantation activities, eco-crafts, and first aid training, developing leadership, teamwork, and civic awareness. Guided reflections, journaling, and project-based learning reinforce values of inclusion, compassion, and environmental stewardship, inspiring students to “Learn to Serve… before you lead” while connecting classroom knowledge with real-world social impact.

DAY 1: Immersion into Rural Realities

Objective: Develop empathy, social awareness, and responsibility through interaction with Village communities.

07:30 AM – Departure from school by private AC coach

09:00 AM – Breakfast at Resort

10:00 AM- Team Color Bands Distribution, Team forming & Briefing for day’s program

10:15 AM – Trekking activity planned as part of the SEWA & SUPW programme for students

12:30 PM-. Lunch @ Resort & check-in

02:00 PM – Post-lunch: Visit to a government school for a privileged outreach activity.

02:30 PM – Cultural Exchange & Inclusion Activities

  • Interaction with local school children: village games &dance, music, Language lab

03:00 PM – Sharing is Caring {Privilege acknowledgement programme}

  • Students distribute stationery and snacks to local children

04:00 PM – SEWA & SUPW Action: Clean-Up Drive

  • Waste segregation demo, eco-awareness, and composting education

04: 30 PM – Proceed to Hotel

05:30 PM – Snacks Break

08:00 PM – Dinner

09:00 PM –SEWA & SUPW Reflection Session

  • Journal writing and group debrief with coordinator

DAY 2: SUSTAINABLE ACTION & CREATIVITY FOR CHANGE

Objective: Promote sustainable practices, teamwork, and environmental awareness.

08:30 AM – Environmental Responsibility: Plantation Drive

  • Teams plant saplings and discuss their role as eco-stewards

10:30 AM – Project plan challenge: - Adopt-A- Village- Student-to-Student Learning Bridge” ”- Collaborate with your group and present your pitch on stage “
