“Police Are Our Helpers & I Am Safe” is a lively half-day experience that introduces 5–6-year-olds to the people who protect their community. Through bus spotting games, police jeep exploration, and playful traffic role-play, children learn what police officers do, how rules keep everyone safe, and how they can make responsible choices. The tour builds confidence, respect, and safety awareness, turning a formal space into a friendly, empowering adventure.
Children strengthen Thinking, Social, Communication, Self-Management, and Research skills as they follow safety routines, observe helpers, participate in role-play, ask questions, express feelings, cooperate with peers, and respond confidently in guided activities.
Children understand how police officers keep communities safe, learn personal safety rules, build confidence, recognise emotions, develop respectful communication, and practice responsible behaviour through interactive demonstrations, role-play, games, and real-world experiences.
Children identify community helpers, describe police tools, follow traffic and safety rules, and communicate politely, express how they feel, act responsibly in public spaces, and reflect on one rule they will follow daily.
