Program Overview

“Doctors & Nurses Help Me Stay Healthy” is a warm, fear-free half-day visit that helps young children understand who cares for them when they are sick. Through hands-on exploration of medical tools, comforting doctor role-play, and simple healthy-habit games, students learn how hospitals help people feel better and how they can take care of their own bodies. The experience makes hospitals familiar, supportive, and confidence-building for early learners.

ATL Skills

Children strengthen Thinking, Social, Communication, Self-Management, and Research skills as they explore medical tools, practice healthy routines, express feelings, role-play doctors, ask questions, follow hygiene habits, and engage confidently in real-world hospital experiences.

Learning Objectives

Children learn who doctors and nurses are, understand simple health and hygiene routines, recognise body parts, express how they feel when sick or well, build confidence in medical spaces, and practice habits that keep them healthy every day.

Learning Outcomes

Children identify medical helpers, name basic tools, follow healthy habits, communicate their feelings, role-play caregiving, show empathy, and develop confidence and responsibility in health-related situations at home and school.
