“Identity, Human Rights and Ethical Choices at Visvesvaraya Museum ” is an engaging half-day experience that helps students explore how identity, values, and fairness shape human decisions. Through mind–body experiments, scientific galleries, innovation displays, and ethical dilemma stations, students analyse how beliefs influence behaviour and how choices impact society. The visit deepens empathy, strengthens critical thinking, and builds awareness of responsible citizenship.
Students develop Thinking, Social, Communication, Self-Management, and Research skills as they investigate scientific models, reflect on behaviour, analyse ethical dilemmas, collaborate in decision-making tasks, connect identity to innovation, and engage respectfully within a real-world inquiry environment.
Students understand how identity is shaped by beliefs, values, abilities, and experiences; recognise human rights; use ethical reasoning; evaluate choices; practise empathy; identify social inequities; and make responsible decisions through gallery exploration and structured reflective tasks.
Students identify human rights concepts, describe ethical viewpoints, demonstrate empathy, practise respectful behaviour in museum spaces, collaborate effectively, connect identity to behaviour, apply values in decision-making, and reflect on how choices impact individuals and communities.
