“Identity, Beliefs, Human Rights, Ethics & Personal Values at VIS THAR” is an immersive full-day experience where students explore how identity, values, empathy, and ethical responsibility shape the way we interact with people and the planet. Through eco-sanctuary trails, human rights discussions, empathy simulations, community work, and action-design studios, learners examine fairness, dignity, sustainability, and personal responsibility. The programme deepens empathy, strengthens ethical reasoning, builds self-awareness, and prepares students to act as thoughtful global citizens.
Students develop Thinking, Social, Communication, Self-Management, and Research skills as they engage with nature-based inquiry stations, reflect on identity and rights, collaborate in community tasks, analyse ethical dilemmas, practise empathy in simulations, and design meaningful action projects connected to real-world issues.
Students understand how identity is shaped by values, beliefs and experiences; recognise human rights and responsibilities; develop empathy; evaluate fairness and justice; practise ethical decision-making; appreciate environmental interdependence; and design personal and collective actions linked to sustainability and social well-being.
Students express identity using values and actions, describe rights and responsibilities, demonstrate empathy and inclusive behaviour, collaborate respectfully, engage in community work with dignity, design an action project, and reflect thoughtfully on how choices impact both people and the planet.
