Program Overview

“Little Nature Explorers” transforms Bannerghatta National Park into an outdoor discovery lab where children observe animal movement, explore the Butterfly Park, compare colours and sounds, feel breeze and sunlight, watch clouds drift, and investigate nature through guided inquiry and hands-on sensory tasks.”


ATL Skills

Students strengthen Research, Thinking, Communication, Social, and Self-Management skills as they observe animals closely, identify colours and patterns, listen to natural sounds, test wind direction, track cloud shapes, complete mission cards, and reflect on their discoveries with peers.


Learning Objectives

Children learn to identify animals and insects, observe natural behaviour, compare sensory details such as colour, sound, and movement, explore simple weather elements, follow safety routines, and communicate their findings through drawing, speech, and guided reflection.


Learning Outcomes

Children observe animals on a guided trail, describe butterfly colours and flight patterns, test wind movement, identify cloud shapes, record data on mission cards, participate safely in a nature walk, and reflect on how their senses help them understand the natural world.
