07:00 AM – Departure From School

Begin the day’s adventure with an exciting departure from school, setting the stage for a day filled with exploration and learning.

08:30 AM – Arrival At Resort and Buffet Breakfast
Arriving at the serene resort, students are greeted by the inviting aroma of a lavish buffet breakfast. Surrounded by picturesque views, they indulge in delicious treats, energizing themselves for the day's exploration.

10:00 AM - Visit Prani - The Pet Sanctuary

Arrive at Prani - The Pet Sanctuary, where children will discover a world of furry friends and exotic animals, immersing themselves in a unique and enriching experience.

10:15 AM - Interaction Programme with Animals

Engage in an interactive program with the animals at the sanctuary, learning about their habitats, behaviours, and conservation efforts, fostering a deeper appreciation for wildlife.

11:00 AM - Quiz Competition & Prize for the Winners 

Participate in a fun and educational quiz competition, where knowledge meets excitement, and winners are rewarded for their achievements. Afterward, prepare for the return journey to school.

11:30 AM – Departure Back to Resort

Bid farewell to the sanctuary, carrying with your memories of a day filled with learning, fun, and memorable interactions with animals.

12:30 PM - Arrival At Resort and Buffet Lunch
Returning to the resort, a sumptuous buffet lunch awaits. Students share stories and laughter, reliving moments of discovery and camaraderie.

02:30 PM - Shuffle the Group
Groups rotate, ensuring every student experiences a blend of learning and leisure activities, fostering inclusivity and camaraderie.

03:30 PM – Snacks And Juice 
A delightful break offers refreshing snacks and juice, replenishing energy for the remaining adventures of the day.

04:00 PM – Departure Back to School
With hearts full of cherished memories and newfound friendships, students bid farewell to the resort. The journey homeward is filled with laughter and reflections on a day brimming with exploration and joy.

05:30 PM – Arrival At School
Returning to school, students carry with them not just souvenirs but a treasure trove of experiences. Their minds enriched, their spirits uplifted, they eagerly share tales of a day where learning met adventure in the most magical of ways.

LEARNING TAKEAWAYS: Students return with:
Students deepened empathy and environmental stewardship through close animal interactions, exploring habitats, behaviors, and conservation practices. The quiz reinforced knowledge retention, critical thinking, and competition. STEP 1: Once you finalize the itinerary and travel dates of your choice, please contact our executive to confirm availability.

STEP 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded Along with the track my tour details.

STEP 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized will be sharing a revised final itinerary for the programmes.

STEP 4: Sharing required documents for the programme & collecting from the school tour coordinator {in school letter head}.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of the children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE:  The above package doesn`t include Any expense of personal nature (like professional still camera or video camera, porter charges, laundry expenses, phone calls, water sports, food and beverage not included in the package, usages of mini bar in the hotel), Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”.

IMPORTANT NOTE

1. As this is NOT THE FINAL ITINERARY at the time of confirmation, kindly ask the marketing executive to check the availability of all the services as specified in this itinerary i.e., (TRAIN/FLIGHT/COACHES/HOTELS/ENTRY TO MONUMENTS, FARMS, RESORTS ETC) based on the period of travel and to submit the FINAL ITINERARY.

As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the full amount of train fare and 25% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmed from the students which is nonrefundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
