PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This experiential learning programme enables students to critically examine the development of identity through values, belief systems, relationships, leadership experiences, ethical dilemmas, and interactions with natural and cultural environments.

Students engage in structured observation, analytical discussion, reflective inquiry, and collaborative problem-solving to explore how cultural traditions, spiritual philosophies, community practices, leadership roles, and environmental responsibility influence both individual identity and group dynamics.

Learning is grounded in authentic contexts that promote ethical reasoning, empathy, collaboration, and responsible action within complex systems.
