PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This 3-day experiential learning programme uses Puducherry and Auroville as authentic learning environments where students explore identity, leadership, sustainability, and career awareness through real-world observation and interaction.

Students examine how values, relationships, and ethical choices influence leadership and decision-making within cultural systems, social enterprises, and community-based industries. Through structured inquiry, evidence collection, collaboration, and guided reflection, learners connect personal strengths and interests to possible future academic and career directions.

The programme supports MYP 4 learners in developing analytical thinking, ethical awareness, collaboration skills, and reflective habits, while producing meaningful evidence for learning portfolios.
