Through sensory engagement and structured reflection, students develop early scientific understanding of living systems.
Students will:
• Identify different farm animals and birds
• Recognise that living things need food, water, shelter, and care
• Observe textures such as fur, feathers, and scales
• Explore how animals eat and move

• Name at least three animals observed
• State one need of a living thing
• Describe one texture or feature
• Complete a structured reflection card
• Demonstrate gentle and safe interaction
