Cambridge Primary Science (Stage 1):
• Identify common animals and plants

Cambridge Primary English (Stage 1 – Speaking and Listening):
• Listen carefully to instructions
• Describe observations using simple vocabulary
• Share ideas in structured discussion
Cambridge Primary Art & Design (Stage 1):
• Explore natural textures and patterns
• Create artwork using leaves, vegetables, and clay
• Represent real-life experiences visually
“Fields of Discovery” transforms Enchanting Acres into a structured scientific exploration site. Students investigate animals, observe plant growth, explore textures and patterns in nature, and participate in guided agricultural experiences. The program builds foundational biological understanding through direct observation, structured questioning, and creative response.
Students will:
• Identify farm animals and garden plants
• Recognise that living things need food, water, shelter, and care
• Observe textures such as fur, feathers, soil, and leaves
• Understand the simple sequence of seed to plant
• Communicate observations verbally and visually
By the end of the program, students will:
• Name at least three animals observed
• State two needs of a plant
• Describe one texture experienced
• Plant and label a seed cup
• Complete a reflection card
• Demonstrate safe and gentle behaviour
