Venue: VAMA – The Boot Camp
Program Type: Full-Day Experiential Field Inquiry
Age Group: 12–13 years
Duration: One Full Academic Day
Focus: Identity formation, leadership, collaboration systems, emotional intelligence and perspective-taking
This full-day experiential field inquiry positions VAMA as a live social laboratory where students investigate how identity influences collaboration, leadership and decision-making within structured team environments.
Learners examine how individual strengths, communication styles and emotional responses affect group performance. Through challenge-based rotations, leadership tasks and reflective analysis, students evaluate how perspective-taking strengthens team outcomes.
The inquiry progression follows:
Self-Awareness → Team Interaction → Leadership in Action → Emotional Analysis → Reflective Evaluation
Students collect behavioural evidence, analyse group dynamics, evaluate leadership effectiveness and construct structured reflections grounded in real-time social interaction.
