07:00 AM – Departure from School
Students assemble at school, filled with anticipation for a day of exploration, learning, and joy.

08:30 AM – Arrival at Resort & Buffet Breakfast
A hearty buffet breakfast energizes students for the exciting journey ahead.

09:45 AM – Group Activities Begin

Group 1 – Team Building: “Compete & Collaborate” Theme: Each activity includes 5 minutes of Reflection & Critical Thinking, encouraging students to discuss:

  • What are the skills learned from each of these activities and how this can be applied to real-life situations?

11:00 AM – Group Shuffle
Students rotate groups ensuring everyone experiences both high-impact learning and fun.

12:30 PM – Buffet Lunch
A delectable lunch served with multiple cuisines, encouraging group bonding over food.

01:30 PM – Continue Activities or Talent Hunt
Students either resume unfinished activities or express themselves in a Talent Hunt, celebrating uniqueness and self-confidence.

02:30 PM – Dance with DJ David Cool
Let loose on the dance floor in a high-energy DJ session—pure fun and movement.

03:30 PM – Evening Snacks
Light snacks keep energy levels high and spirits lifted.

04:00 PM – Departure to School
Students board the buses with memories to cherish and lessons to apply.

CRAZY HOLIDAYS BOOKING PROCEDURE:
Step 1: Once you finalize the itinerary and travel dates of your choice, please contact our executive to confirm availability.
Step 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded along with “Track My Tour” details.
Step 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized, a revised final itinerary will be shared.
Step 4: Required documents for the program will be shared and collected from the school tour coordinator (on school letterhead).

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of the children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

RULES & REGULATIONS:

Students are advised to carry their own swimming costume (compulsory for the use of swimming Pool-Synthetic/ Nylon), Extra Pair of Clothes for Rain Dance, Badminton Rackets, Football, Bat and Other Playing Equipments Etc.

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

 

We request you to exclude Thursdays, Fridays & previous day of any Government Holidays, since resorts/ water and amusement parks will be over crowded and we will not be in a position to guarantee any exclusivity during those days.

 

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49 Seater Non-AC Coach), Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers. EXCEPT FOR STAND ALONE PROGRAMME OF PRANIANDMODEL VILLAGE IT DEPENDS ON THE TYPE OF OPTION SELECTED

TRANSPORT:

For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49 seater deluxe coach or one 35 seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of Pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate.

 

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Billing will be based on “STUDENTS PAID OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”. 

BREAKAGES:

For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.

EXCLUSIVITY

The above resorts are not guaranteeing any kind of “EXCLUSIVITY” unless and until there is a minimum guarantee of 800 members for the day picnic and the exclusivity had been confirmed by the resort.
