    Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
    Department: Sales and Marketing
    Location: Bangalore, India
    Reports To: Sales and Marketing Manager

    Job Summary:

    As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Crazy Holidays in Bangalore, you will be a key player in driving the growth and success of our educational tour packages. Your primary role will involve promoting our educational tour offerings to schools, colleges, and other educational institutions in the Bangalore region. You'll be responsible for client engagement, marketing strategy development, and working closely with the team to achieve sales targets while expanding our market presence in Bangalore.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
       - Identify and engage with potential educational institutions interested in Crazy Holidays' tour packages.
       - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
       - Deliver excellent customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.

    2. Sales and Revenue Generation:
       - Meet or surpass sales targets by actively promoting and selling Crazy Holidays' educational tour packages.
       - Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
       - Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and prepare sales contracts.
       - Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to contract finalization.

    3. Marketing and Promotion:
       - Develop and implement marketing strategies to showcase Crazy Holidays' tour packages to the educational sector in Bangalore.
       - Craft marketing materials, brochures, and digital content that highlight the unique advantages of our tours.
       - Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events within Bangalore.

    4. Market Research and Analysis:
       - Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and the specific needs of educational institutions in Bangalore.
       - Analyze market feedback and offer suggestions for product or service enhancements.
       - Provide regular reports and feedback to the Sales and Marketing Manager.

    5. Collaborative Teamwork:
       - Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth tour execution.
       - Collaborate with colleagues on marketing initiatives and brand promotion efforts.


    - A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    - Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the educational sector.
    - Strong communication and presentation skills.
    - Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
    - Results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently to achieve and surpass sales targets.
    - A deep knowledge of the educational system and a clear understanding of the needs and expectations of educational institutions.
    - Proficiency in using CRM and marketing software.
    - Willingness to travel within Bangalore to visit clients, attend events, and participate in marketing activities.
