DAY 01: BANGALORE - JODHPUR

Reporting @ Bangalore International Airport (Based on Scheduled Time)

Arrival at Jodhpur Airport

12:30 PM: Check-In @ Hotel
Upon arriving at their hotel, students are warmly welcomed and quickly settle into their rooms. The ambiance of the hotel, with its comfortable accommodations, sets a relaxing tone as they prepare for the day's adventures.

01:30 PM: Buffet Lunch
A sumptuous buffet lunch awaits, featuring a delightful array of dishes that cater to every taste. Students gather in a charming dining area, where the meal not only refuels them but also offers a taste of local flavors, adding a culinary touch to their journey.

03:00 PM: Visit Mehrangarh Fort
Perched majestically atop a hill, Mehrangarh Fort unfolds its rich tapestry of history and architecture. Built in 1459 by Rajput ruler Rao Jodha, this sprawling fort boasts intricate carvings, expansive courtyards, and a fascinating museum. Students marvel at the fort's grandiose halls, the remnants of cannonball impacts, and the poignant chhatri of Kirat Singh Soda, all while soaking in panoramic views of Jodhpur.

DAY 02: JODHPUR – JAISALMER

06:00 AM: Wake Up & Fresh-Up
The day begins with a fresh start as students wake up early, invigorated and ready for a new adventure.

07:00 AM: Breakfast will be provided
A hearty breakfast is served, offering a variety of options to energize the students for the journey ahead.

08:30 AM: Check-Out at Hotel & Proceed to Jaisalmer
With check-out complete, students embark on a scenic journey to Jaisalmer, filled with anticipation for the day's experiences.

01:00 PM: Check-in at Hotel Followed by Buffet Lunch
Upon arrival at the hotel, students will check into their comfortable rooms, where they can freshen up and unwind. Shortly after, a sumptuous buffet lunch awaits them, offering a variety of delectable dishes to energize them for the afternoon's activities.

03:30 PM: Proceed to Desert Camel Safari and Sand Dunes
As the sun begins its descent, students embark on a thrilling journey to the majestic sand dunes. The anticipation builds as they head out for a camel safari through the golden sands of the Thar Desert.

04:00 PM: Visit Desert Camel Safari and Sand Dunes

10:00 PM: Night Halt at Jaisalmer
With the day's experiences fresh in their minds, students retire to their rooms for a restful night. The cozy hotel environment offers a serene respite, ensuring they are well-rested and energized for the next day's explorations.

DAY 03: JAISALMER – JODHPUR

06:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
The day starts early, with a refreshing breakfast preparing your child for another day of exploration.

07:30 AM: Breakfast at the Hotel
The day begins with a delightful breakfast at the hotel, where students are greeted by an array of delicious dishes.

10:30 AM: Check – out
As students check out the hotel, the excitement is palpable as they step out, ready to embark on the next leg of their journey.

11:00 AM: Visit Jaisalmer Fort
The day begins with a visit to the majestic Jaisalmer Fort, a golden marvel rising from the desert sands. Students explore its ancient ramparts and intricate sandstone carvings, stepping back in time to marvel at the fort’s grand architecture and historical significance.

01:00 PM: Buffet Lunch and Proceed to Jodhpur
After a morning of relaxation and exploration, students will gather for a delightful buffet lunch at the hotel, savoring a variety of dishes that cater to all tastes. Following the meal, the group will set off towards Jodhpur, eager to continue their journey and uncover more of Rajasthan’s rich cultural tapestry.

02:00 PM: En Route Visit Jaisalmer War Museum
On the way to Jodhpur, students will stop at the Jaisalmer War Museum, where they will engage with a rich collection of exhibits and interactive displays that vividly narrate India’s military history. This immersive experience promises to deepen their understanding of wartime experiences through insightful and educational presentations.

07:00 PM: Check-In @ Hotel & Buffet Dinner
Upon arrival in Jodhpur, students will check into their hotel and enjoy a delectable buffet dinner. The evening will be a time to unwind and reflect on the day’s adventures, preparing for a restful night in this vibrant city.

10:00 PM: Night Halt at Jodhpur
As the day comes to a close, students will settle in for the night at the hotel, ready to recharge for the exciting activities that await them in the days ahead.

DAY 04: JODHPUR - BANGALORE

06:30 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
An early start marks the beginning of their journey back home, but not before one last adventure.

08:00 AM: Breakfast at Hotel
Start the day with a delightful breakfast at the hotel, savoring a variety of delicious options that set the stage for a relaxing morning.

09:00 AM: Day Free to Enjoy Hotel Facilities
Students will have the morning at their leisure to enjoy the hotel’s amenities, whether it’s relaxing by the pool, exploring the grounds, or engaging in recreational activities offered by the hotel.

Transfer to Jodhpur Airport
Students will then transfer to Jodhpur Airport, marking the end of their enriching journey.

Departure from Jodhpur International Airport to Bangalore International Airport (Flight Time as per scheduled fight)
Students will board their flight back to Bangalore, reflecting on the memorable experiences and discoveries of their trip.

Arrival at Bangalore International Airport (Flight Time as per scheduled fight)
Upon arrival at Bangalore Airport, students will disembark, bringing with them cherished memories of their adventure and a deeper understanding of the diverse cultures and histories they explored.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows you to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

The Tour Cost Includes: Local Transportation by private AC Coach, buffet Breakfast, buffet Lunch, buffet Dinner , , Guide Charges, State Taxes, Sightseeing, General Entrance Fees as per the Programme, Stay at hotels on four sharing basis (1 king size bed with 1 extra mattress), Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip.

The Tour cost does not include: Any Expenses of Personal Nature (like still camera or video camera, porter charges, Laundry expenses, phone calls, food/beverages not included in the package, usages of mini bar in the hotel), Sightseeing or Activities which are not mentioned in the package.

IMPORTANT NOTE

1. As this is NOT THE FINAL ITINERARY at the time of confirmation, kindly ask the marketing executive to check the availability of all the services as specified in this itinerary i.e., (TRAIN/FLIGHT/COACHES/HOTELS/ENTRY TO MONUMENTS, FARMS, RESORTS ETC) based on the period of travel and to submit the FINAL ITINERARY.

2. As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the full amount of train fare and 25% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmed from the students which is nonrefundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

1) 25 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

2) 20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

3) 15 days to 19 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

4) 10 days to 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

5) 9 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable

*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked

POSTPONEMENT POLICY:

If due to any reason the group tour is postponed to the next/forthcoming vacation, an additional postponement charges over and above the tour cost will be applicable

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
