1. As this is NOT THE FINAL ITINERARY at the time of confirmation, kindly ask the marketing executive to check the availability of all the services as specified in this itinerary ie (FLIGHT/COACHES/HOTELS/ENTRY TO MONUMENTS,SPACE CENTRES,ETC) based on the period of travel and to submit the FINAL ITINERARY.

2. As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the full amount of train fare and 25% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmed from the students which is non-refundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours.

3. PLEASE NOTE THAT AN ADDITIONAL 5% TCS WILL BE PAYABLE BY THE PARENT IF THE PARENT IS MAKING THE PAYMENT DIRECTLY TO CRAZY HOLIDAYS, WHICH CAN BE REDEEMED BACK WHILE FILING THEIR INCOME TAX.

4. IF THE PARENT IS PAYING THROUGH THE SCHOOL THEN THE 5 % TCS WILL NOT BE APPLICABLE TO THE PACKAGE PRICE.

• Porter charges at the airport if required

• Any kind of personal expenses

• For every 15 paid students, 1 teacher will be accompanying
• Certification program is subject to final approval from the NASA
• The above mentioned costing is for a minimum group size of 30 students
• Price can vary according to the group size
• Price can change if the air fare and other price change at the time of confirmation
• Though we take utmost care for visa processing but the final granting of visa is in the hand of Embassy. Embassy can ask additional documents apart from the normal documents.
• If due to any reason Embassy doesn’t grant visa, the visa processing cost and cost associated to the same like travelling expenses to Chennai, accommodation in Chennai and other associated for Visa processing must be borne by the participant
• Above mentioned flight details are indicative and can be changed as per the availability and demand of the final itinerary
• Above mentioned sightseeing places sequence are indicative and can slightly be changed as per the time availability & demand of the final itinerary
• Luggage limit for domestic flight (Newark to Orlando): 20kgs (1 piece) for check in luggage & 7kgs (1 piece) for hand baggage. Over and above will be chargeable as per the airlines policy.
• Above rates are not valid during fair period, special events, conferences ,exhibitions, Public holidays, X-mas & New Year’s period are excluded and only bookable on request at higher rates.
• Due to operational reasons, the routing of this tour may be amended. However, all mentioned services will remain unchanged.
• The flight details and hotels are tentative and subject to change at the time of confirmation
• Each departure will be operated on a minimum strength of 30 passengers. If the same is not met, we reserve the right to call off the departure or provide and alternate date

Booking procedure

• A circular will be forwarded to the students
• Kindly follow the instructions to access the Detailed  itinerary , Project specifications , payment details ,booking procedure and to  make the  payments through our payment gateway.
• After making the payment, handover the invoice to the class teacher

PAYMENT TERMS & MODE OF PAYMENT:

• Payment mode and payment party details will be forwarded to you once the trip is confirmed
• Installment 1: 25% of the total tour cost at the time of confirmation
• Installment 2: 50% of the tour cost before 90 days from the date of departure.
• Installment 3: Balance 25% of the tour cost before 30 days from the date of departure.

    CANCELLATION POLICIES:

• Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour incharge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.
• Cancellation More than 90 days before the trip, 75% of the tours cost will be refundable
• Cancellation 90 days to 60 days before the departure date, 50% of the tour cost would be refunded.
• Cancellation 60 days to 30 days before the departure date, 25% of the tour cost would be refunded.
• Cancellation 30 days before the departure date to no show, 0% of the tour cost would be refunded
