DAY 1: BANGALORE - COORG

05:00 AM: Journey Begins from Bangalore

As the first rays of dawn grace the city, students assemble with anticipation at their school. Boarding a private coach adorned with comfort, they set forth on a magical expedition to Coorg, their hearts brimming with excitement.

08:00 AM: Breakfast En Route

As the sun rises, casting a golden glow over the landscape, the students enjoy a delightful breakfast on the way. The aroma of freshly prepared food fills the air, energizing everyone for the day's explorations.

11:00 AM: Snacks & Juice

Midway through their journey, the coach stops for a quick refreshment break. The students savor delicious snacks and juice, their anticipation building for the adventures that lie ahead.

12:30 PM: Check-In at Hotel & Buffet Lunch

Upon arrival in Coorg, the students are welcomed at their hotel and enjoy a sumptuous buffet lunch. The flavors of the local cuisine delight their taste buds, offering a taste of Coorg's culinary richness.

01:30 PM: Visit Cauvery Nisargadhama

The journey continues with a visit to Cauvery Nisargadhama, where students immerse in wildlife observation, river exploration, and cultural interactions. This transformative experience nurtures a deeper connection with nature and sustainable living ideals.

03:30 PM: Proceed to visit Tibetan Colony

Next stop, the Tibetan Colony unfolds a tapestry of Tibetan culture, history, and daily life. From traditional arts and cuisine to spiritual practices, students embark on a transformative journey of cultural exchange and understanding.

05:30 PM: Return to Hotel

After a day of exploration, the students return to their hotel, reflecting on the enriching experiences of the day.

08:30 PM: Buffet Dinner

A delicious buffet dinner awaits them, offering a variety of dishes that cater to every palate.

09:00 PM: Retire for the Night

With hearts full of new experiences and minds brimming with knowledge, the students retire for the night, eagerly anticipating the adventures of the next day.

DAY 2: COORG – BANGALORE

06:30 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up

The morning begins with refreshing routines as the students prepare for another exciting day.

7:00 AM: Breakfast and Check-out

A hearty breakfast precedes check-out, fueling students for a day of wildlife encounters and cultural immersion.

09:30 AM: Visit Dubbare Elephant Camp

Arriving at Dubbare Elephant Camp, students observe and interact with majestic elephants, gaining insights into wildlife conservation efforts and fostering a deep appreciation for these gentle giants.

11:00 AM: Snacks & Juice Delight

A mid-morning break treats students to snacks and refreshing juices, energizing them for further adventures.

12:30 PM: Buffet Lunch

The students indulge in a hearty buffet lunch, savoring local flavors that add to the cultural immersion of their experience.

02:00 PM: Visit Abbey Falls

The students proceed to Abbey Falls, where they are mesmerized by the cascading waters and the lush greenery surrounding the falls. The serene environment offers a perfect backdrop for relaxation and reflection.

04:30 PM: Visit Raja's Seat

Next, they visit Raja's Seat, a stunning garden offering panoramic views of the surrounding hills and valleys.

05:30 PM: Shopping

The students take a leisurely stroll through the garden and enjoy some shopping, picking up souvenirs and local crafts.

08:30 PM: Buffet Dinner

A sumptuous buffet dinner is served, allowing the students to savor their final meal in Coorg.

10:00 PM: Departure to Bangalore

With hearts full of memories and minds enriched with knowledge, the students board the coach for their return journey to Bangalore.

DAY 3: BANGALORE

05:30 AM: Arrival in Bangalore

As the journey concludes, the students arrive back in Bangalore early in the morning. They disembark from the coach, their minds brimming with tales of adventure and discovery from their magical trip to Coorg.

THE GIVEN RATE FOR THE LAND PACKAGE IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR NEXT 20 DAYS.

 

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows parents to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

The Tour Cost Includes: Transportation by private ac Coach, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (Veg/Non Veg), Morning and Evening light snacks, Guide Charges, State Taxes, Sightseeing, General Entrance Fees as per the Program, Stay at hotels on four sharing basis(1 king size bed with 1 extra mattress), Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip

 The Tour cost does not include: Any Expenses of Personal Nature (like still camera or video camera, porter charges, Laundry expenses, phone calls, food/beverages not included in the package, usages of mini bar in the hotel), Sightseeing or Activities which are not mentioned in the package.

IMPORTANT NOTE

1. As this is NOT THE FINAL ITINERARY at the time of confirmation, kindly ask the marketing executive to check the availability of all the services as specified in this itinerary i.e., (TRAIN/FLIGHT/COACHES/HOTELS/ENTRY TO MONUMENTS, FARMS, RESORTS ETC) based on the period of travel and to submit the FINAL ITINERARY.

2. As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the full amount of train fare and 25% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmed from the students which is nonrefundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours.

  • The above package is for a group of minimum 30 students (for deluxe or super deluxe package) & 40 students (for semi deluxe or standard package), for lesser number of students there will be a variation in the given cost. For more no. of students, please check with us the possibility of taking additional coach
  • Validity of the quote will be only for 20 days from the date to receiving the quotation
  • The given rates will not be valid during major holidays like Diwali, Dusserah, Christmas, New Year & Long weekends etc.
  • This is just a quotation, as of now we are not holding any booking. Hotel, transportation and other services are subject to availability at the time of actual booking.

  • Crazy Holidays reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit as per availability without changing the total number of days in destination and without compromising with any services.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

1) 25 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

2) 20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

3) 15 days to 19 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

4) 10 days to 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

5) 9 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable

*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked

 

POSTPONEMENT POLICY:

If due to any reason the group tour is postponed to the next/forthcoming vacation, an additional postponement charges over and above the tour cost will be applicable

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
