09:00 AM: Departure from School (After Own Breakfast)
The students, buzzing with excitement, board the enchanted bus. As they settle in, they are greeted by friendly pixies who hand out magical charms that glow softly, setting the tone for the day ahead.

10:30 AM: Arrival at Film City & Welcome Drink
Upon arrival, the students are greeted with sparkling welcome drinks that change colors with every sip. The entrance to Film City is adorned with grand, magical gates that open to reveal a world of wonders.

11:00 AM: Divide into Multiple Groups and Enjoy the Following Activities

TITANIC - THE UNSINKABLE: EXPERIENCE, WHERE YOU CAN TRAVEL TO THE BOTTOM OF THE ATLANTIC OCEAN IN A SUBMARINE AND CONNECT WITH THE GHOST OF THE SHIP'S CAPTAIN.

JOLLY LICIOUS: OUR CHILD'S PLAY AREA HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO OFFER ENDLESS FUN AND ENTERTAINMENT FOR KIDS OF ALL AGES.

01:30 PM: Continue Remaining Activities
The students return to their magical adventures, exploring any remaining attractions and revisiting their favorites. The air is filled with laughter and excitement as they immerse themselves in the wonders of Film City.

03:30 PM: Evening Snacks
As the day winds down, the students enjoy enchanted snacks that sparkle and glow, keeping their energy high and spirits lifted.

04:00 PM: Departure to School
The enchanted bus takes the students back to school. They wave goodbye to Film City, filled with stories and memories of their magical day.

05:45 PM: Arrival at School
The students arrive back at school, eager to share their enchanting experiences with their parents. Their faces are lit up with joy and excitement, making it clear that this magical journey was an unforgettable adventure.

ACCESSIBILITY TO RIDES WILL DEPEND ON THEIR AGE GROUPS, HEIGHT AND WEIGHT.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of their children during the trip.

NB: We will be taking only group photographs. Before uploading photos and videos, it will be verified by our backend team. Also, a copy of the group photographs will be shared to the school as a memento.

RULES & REGULATIONS:

Students are advised to carry their own swimming costume (compulsory for the use of swimming Pool-Synthetic/ Nylon) & Extra pair of cloth for rain dance

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

We request you to exclude Thursdays, Fridays & previous day of any Government Holidays, since resorts/ water and amusement parks will be over crowded and rate will be different we will not be in a position to guarantee any exclusivity during those days.

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49 Seater Non-AC Coach), Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers.

THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE: The above package doesn`t include Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”...

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Extra staff will be charged @ Adult’s Rate

TRANSPORT:

For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49 seater deluxe coach or one 35 seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of Pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate.

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Billing will be based on “STUDENTS PAID OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”. 

BREAKAGES:

For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.

EXCLUSIVITY

The above resorts are not guaranteeing any kind of “EXCLUSIVITY” unless and until there is a minimum guarantee of 800 members for the day picnic and the exclusivity had been confirmed by the resort.
