DAY 01 BANGALORE → ELIM RESORT
06:30 AM – Reporting at School
“Every great journey begins with the courage to step forward.”
Students assemble at school with excitement, ready to begin an experiential journey focused on resilience, collaboration, and personal growth.
06:45 AM – Departure from School by Private Coach
The journey begins as students travel together, building anticipation and early peer bonding.
09:00 AM – Arrival at Venue & Breakfast
Meal Included: Breakfast
Students arrive at Elim Resort and enjoy breakfast amidst scenic surroundings before beginning the programme. Humanity really looked at nature and decided, “Let’s add team-building exercises and buffet counters.”
10:00 AM – Orientation Session
A professionally guided orientation introduces students to camp safety, programme flow, experiential learning expectations, and the theme of The Resilient Leader’s Journey.
10:30 AM – Adventure Activities Begin

Activities include:
These activities remain unchanged and continue to focus on courage, trust-building, strategic thinking, and overcoming fear.
12:00 PM – Buffet Lunch at Resort
Meal Included: Lunch
Students pause for lunch and reflection before accommodation check-in.
01:00 PM – Check-in to Accommodation
Students settle into dormitory accommodation, freshen up briefly, and prepare for afternoon engagements.
02:20 PM – Team Building Activities
Students participate in collaborative challenges and leadership-based games designed to strengthen communication, trust, and problem-solving.
03:30 PM – Swimming Pool & Rain Dance
“Joyful learning creates the deepest connections.”
Students enjoy recreational bonding through swimming pool activities and rain dance celebration. Because apparently no educational transformation is complete until someone dances under artificial rain with Bluetooth speakers.
05:00 PM – Hi-Tea
Included: Snacks / Hi-Tea
Refreshments served after pool activities.
06:00 PM – Freshen Up
Students return to rooms to freshen up and relax before the evening celebration.
06:30 PM – Campfire with Music Night
“Around the warmth of a fire, strangers become teams.”
An evening of music, celebration, interaction, storytelling, and bonding under the stars.
08:00 PM – Dinner
Meal Included: Dinner
Students enjoy dinner followed by light reflection.
09:00 PM – Lights Out / Overnight Stay
Students retire for the night after a full day of adventure and engagement.

Students proceed for an early morning trek, building resilience, perseverance, and confidence through nature exploration.

A nutritious breakfast after trekking.
09:30 AM – Freshen Up & Pack Up
Students return to accommodation, freshen up, and prepare luggage.
10:00 AM – Check-Out

Students depart with reflections, stories, and strengthened peer relationships.
12:30 PM – Arrival at School
