DAY 1: BANGALORE – MYSORE

05:00 AM: Departure from Bangalore to Mysore

07:30 AM: Breakfast on the Way

10:30 AM: Visit Tipu's Gumbaz

  • Learning Focus: Observation, architecture basics, cultural heritage.
  • Activity: “Monument Scavenger Hunt”– A guided search for specific features of the monument (e.g., domes, minarets, inscriptions, gardens, pillars).
  • What to Carry: Scavenger checklist, clipboard, pencil.

11:00 AM: Proceed to Mysore Palace

11:30 AM: Treasure Hunt at Mysore Palace

  • Learning Focus: Recover fragments of a lost Royal Mandate to reconstruct the philosophy of Mysore's golden age governance.
  • Activity: “The Maharaja’s Council Scroll”- A palace map with “confidential council zones” (activity stations) and a team name inspired by historical South Indian kingdoms (e.g., Chalukyas, Hoysalas)
  • What to Carry: Notebook, Pen/pencil

01:00 PM: Check-in at Hotel & Buffet Lunch

03:30 PM: Visit Brindavan Garden

  • Learning Focus: Environmental science, water conservation, teamwork.
  • Activity: “Water Conservation and Sustainability Discussion” – Students observe the water features in the Brindavan Gardens (like the fountains, canals, and water systems). They discuss the importance of water conservation in maintaining such lush gardens. In small groups, students brainstorm ways to use water more sustainably in similar settings.

DAY 2: MYSORE – BANGALORE

09:00 AM: Visit Chamundi Hills & St. Philomena's Cathedral

  • Learning Focus: Reflection, spiritual awareness, writing skills.
  • Activity: “Nature and Spirituality Reflection” – After visiting Chamundi Hills, students write a reflective essay on how nature and spirituality intersect in the setting of the hill temple. They can discuss how the peaceful surroundings may contribute to personal growth, mindfulness, and a deeper understanding of spirituality.
  • What to Carry: Notebook, Pen/pencil

10:30 AM: Snacks & Juice

12:00 PM: Buffet Lunch

01:00 PM: Departure to Bangalore

02:30 PM: Visit Gombegala Ooru (City of Toys)

  • Learning Focus: Learn about sustainable practices in toy-making (e.g., natural dyes, lacquering, wood selection).
  • Activity: "Exploring Traditional Craftsmanship, Sustainability, and Local Economies" - Each student writes a short journal entry or makes a poster/presentation: What did I learn? How is this craft sustainable? And why is it important to preserve traditional art forms?
  • What to Carry: Notebook, Pen/pencil and color pencils.

05:30 PM: Departure to School

06:30 PM: Heavy Snacks & Juice En-Route.

08:30 PM: Arrival at School

As the coach arrives back at the school gates, students disembark with glowing smiles and animated voices, their faces lit up with the thrill of adventure. CRAZY HOLIDAYS BOOKING PROCEDURE:

Step 1: Once you finalize the itinerary and travel dates of your choice, please contact our executive to confirm availability.

Step 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded. Optional facility an online presentation will be conducted for parents.

Step 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized, Crazy Holidays will schedule the pre-departure meeting with the school.

Step 4: During the pre-departure meeting, complete awareness about the tour will be provided to both students and parents, including project specifications, what to carry and details about the “Track My Tour” feature.

THE GIVEN RATE FOR THE LAND PACKAGE IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR NEXT 20 DAYS.

 

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows parents to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and  Dinner, Guide Charges, Sightseeing, State Taxes, General Entrance Fee as per the Programme, Stay at hotels on sharing basis, Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers.

THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE:  The above package doesn`t include Any expense of personal nature (like professional still camera or video camera, porter charges, laundry expenses, phone calls, water sports, food and beverage not included in the package, usages of mini bar in the hotel), Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”.

IMPORTANT NOTE

1. As this is NOT THE FINAL ITINERARY at the time of confirmation, kindly ask the marketing executive to check the availability of all the services as specified in this itinerary i.e., (TRAIN/FLIGHT/COACHES/HOTELS/ENTRY TO MONUMENTS, FARMS, RESORTS ETC) based on the period of travel and to submit the FINAL ITINERARY.

2. As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the full amount of train fare and 25% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmed from the students which is nonrefundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
